06/07/2026: A quiet place with a perfect atmosphere for an aperitif or dinner. Both the owner and the gentleman in the dining room are extremely kind and welcoming...I really don't recommend an evening here, just to sample the food, hear its history, and enjoy excellent, freshly cooked food...thank you.

The location is beautiful and intimate, the staff is friendly, and the food is absolutely aphrodisiac. Excellent value for money. We'll definitely be back!

23/05/2026: I stopped at Il Burbero restaurant before heading to Parco delle Cornelle, and I must say it was a truly excellent choice. The staff was incredibly kind, polite, and welcoming from the very first moment.
The food is truly excellent: carefully prepared dishes, high-quality ingredients, and truly well-crafted flavors. You can sense the attention to detail in both the service and the cuisine.
I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area: a very positive experience, a pleasant atmosphere, and top-notch cuisine. I will definitely be back!

13/08/2026: Excellent Easter lunch, set menu at €50 per person. Everything was delicious, including homemade cured meats and cheeses. An experience worth repeating.

06/06/2026: It seems like an unassuming place, but once you enter, everything changes. The aroma itself makes you order. I ordered one and left with two pizzas. The beetroot and arugula pizza was delicious. I almost regretted only being there twice. I tried four different varieties, and all of them were excellent. Just the way I like them: crispy and well-baked. Places like this are worth returning to.

Excellent service, quick, friendly, and quality ingredients (shrimp/zucchini, raw ham/burrata/arugula). Space is limited, but that's okay. See you soon!

21/02/2026: Nice atmosphere, friendly and polite staff and owner, excellent food, but it's a shame the prices are a bit too high: 3 pizzas, 3 medium beers, a fillet steak, a Coke, and 4 desserts for €114...
The bar area with karaoke, however, was pleasant and fair.
At those prices, they could have at least offered a drink at the bar, if you were having dinner.

10/07/2026: Really good cappuccino, kind and polite waitresses.
The pain au chocolat (misleading name!) with jam is the best jam brioche I've ever eaten!
