15/01/2025: If I could give 0 zero stars I would have done so but since I can't I'm forced to give one. Cold and inedible food, chips that literally look like chewing gum. You call the restaurant to ask for explanations regarding your order placed by Deliveroo and they even reply rudely telling me we can't do anything now the order is being prepared, it's a shame that the food was supposed to arrive at 8pm and it arrived an hour more late. Beyond the timing, the inconvenience they cause you. Mc di brembate never again can you remove him from Deliveroo because such rude staff will never be able to give you a valid explanation, in this case they were only able to pocket money without thinking about the customer who once treated badly is a lost customer .
