18/03/2025: This Befed is truly noteworthy, as in addition to the cockerel and the usual schnitzel they offer some more alternatives than other establishments in the same chain, they also serve burgers with good quality meat accompanied by soft buns. Prices are reasonable, also good for children.
15/01/2025: The chicken looked like it was made of plastic, you could break the lettuce, the chicken was burnt, dry and cold.

I biscotti buoni, normali biscotti.
La ‘tazza ghiotta’ non è male, particolare.

23/08/2025: Some bartenders' service is out of place, to say the least. They don't listen to you when you ask for something, and they even comment on what you order. They're really out of place and too full of themselves, making you put off staying there. The young women and the young men are very nice and kind.
Overall, the food is okay.
Reheated croissants are best avoided.
05/07/2025: we bought 2 frappes, for the modest price of €10, it only tasted of milk, very little of the flavour of ice cream.

22/06/2025: Dinner at the Italian toasteria tonight, the two very friendly and smiling employees satisfied our requests, recommending tasty and good toasts. I recommend to customers, we will definitely be back.
20/06/2025: Salmon avocado toast among the worst of my life. Huge avocado slices and smoked salmon crumbled and cooked. With strange and bitter seeds.
Piadina with bresaola flakes of parmesan (bad) balsamic vinegar (poor quality) and a field of rocket.
Do you train people before making them work? A smile is not enough.
Terrible experience. Absolutely to be avoided.

Arrived at 8 still at 10 they were supposed to serve us only the drinks arrived and they were wrong....they were upset rude they did not help us in anything a simple platter of cold cuts as a start never arrived to my complaint instead of apologizing they justified themselves saying that there were a lot of people... shame that we were the first guests to have arrived....rude ill-mannered zero professionalism they should close

20/06/2025: Un servicio absolutamente terrible en este bar Heineken en el aeropuerto de Bérgamo. La señora fue tan grosera charlando con su amiga durante tanto tiempo ignorándonos esperando y corriendo al avión. Después de darnos bebidas mostró lo infeliz que era que interrumpimos su charla. No hola no gracias no modales en absoluto.

02/05/2025: Peggiorato rispetto a qualche tempo fa, forse per carenza di personale ma tavolini già sporchi di mattina presto; tempi di attesa lunghi tra il pagamento e il servizio... Brioche di loro produzione sempre buone anche se le fanno pagare come in pasticceria!
19/04/2025: Ho proprio voglia di un bell’hamburger oggi! E dopo averlo ordinato e quasi pagato l’addetta non me lo fa perché “sono le 14 e ho già pulito la piastra”. Ma vi sembra normale che in un punto di ristoro nei pressi dell’aeroporto e di sabato, si smetta di fare da mangiare alle 14?! A che ora ha iniziato a “pulire la piastra”? Alle 13.30? E poi almeno un cartello così evito di fare la fila, è possibile metterlo?
