I will return to eat here👍
21/03/2025: Friendly staff, special mention for the manager Lorenzo.
He made us sit, even though it was close to closing time, and was extremely polite.

18/03/2025: This Befed is truly noteworthy, as in addition to the cockerel and the usual schnitzel they offer some more alternatives than other establishments in the same chain, they also serve burgers with good quality meat accompanied by soft buns. Prices are reasonable, also good for children.
15/01/2025: The chicken looked like it was made of plastic, you could break the lettuce, the chicken was burnt, dry and cold.

01/02/2025: Bad experience with the staff, it's the second time I go to this place and I would say that the girls who work at the counter have to go do other work, they are always rude, annoyed, on the verge of telling you to go to hell with every trivial request that it's done to a barmaid, I was in the company of family and I lived to discuss but someone has to tell them that they have to change jobs, I was at this place on the morning of February 1st.
The place has a lot of potential only if it had more competent staff or at least realized that they are working and not doing the company a favor.
30/01/2025: È stata una piacevole scoperta, visto che capita ogni tanto di passare a Oriocenter, ma non esagero se dico che (essendo stata la prima volta) è tra le mie pizze preferite. Soffice, leggera e con ingredienti di buona qualità!

23/03/2025: Non-existent service. They sat us down and no one came to take our order. The room was disorganized. It seemed like there was no staff. After 20 minutes we left.
23/03/2025: We waited 15 minutes in line before entering and that's fine but there was a whole room of empty tables. Once seated we waited another 20 minutes and no one ever came to take our order. In fact there was no staff in the room, the place seemed self-managed. Surreal experience

20/03/2025: This evening I purchased a 1kg tub of ice cream. During the service I had the doubt that he had only put the ice cream on me superficially, so when I got home I wanted to weigh it. 800g paid €23. Never again.
16/03/2025: We draw a veil over the still white wine, gram and bottom of the bottle divided by two, not acceptable for the price of €5.10 each.
Aperitif ok with more choice of appetizers but not to accompany everything with a wine like that!!

14/02/2025: It's very rare that I give bad reviews, but this time it's necessary.
Tosteria italiana is located inside the Oriocenter shopping center and takes advantage of the seating made available in the Food area.
During a quick stop we (unfortunately) opted to eat here.
There was no one there and despite this the toasts arrived cold.
Internal seasoning practically absent in some places on the toast. Tasteless ingredients, the speck (in my toast) had the exact same taste as the mortadella (in my wife's toast).
The prices on paper might seem in line, but having tested (and not tested) the quality and quantity of what was supplied to us, I say that the prices are very expensive.
And I'm writing this while still sitting at the table.
Sad, absolutely NOT recommended.
29/01/2025: There is your competitor that I won't mention that costs less and in quality outclasses you, high prices, toast, not really good, excellent staff, only them though

15/10/2023: TOTAL LACK OF CORRECTNESS
I sit down to order a Spritz Campari while waiting for my phone to be repaired at the adjacent Apple Store.
At Drink List price €6, the girl who takes the order tells me "I have to make you pay immediately". I've never seen people pay for the food sitting at the table before it's even brought, but I ignore it and reply ok.
€7.10. To which I show the price on the menu and I am told: "the prices are not updated".
Given that this is illegal because by law the declared and written price is authentic.
Since I am a sales person, I point this out and I am told "the price is what I told you".
I don't want to argue, so I get up and leave.
To prove what has been said, I attach photos of the Drink List.
14/10/2023: What can I say... the first Neapolitan coffee after 6 years of French coffees.
A true royal shop (as they would say in France)
