26/12/2024: For lunch on Christmas Day with a fish-only menu apart from the buffet in the wine cellar in the basement with a Bartender available, then at the table we started with the Crudités to move on to the fried food and ending with the risotto all well plated and of excellent quality and not to forget the welcome at the entrance and for the whole day served and pampered, a memorable experience to be repeated without a doubt also considering the bill which in the city would have risen by 50/70%

29/12/2024: Vedendo le altre recensioni ..probabilmente il ns scontento riguarda i piatti che abbiamo scelto noi.Una vera delusione xke ci aspettavamo tutt altro...Cominciamo con l ossobuco..in gremolata..non era assolutamente con qsta ricetta..che comprende un trito di sedano carota cipolla.Qsto era con .solo cipolle e la carne sembrava bollita ricoperta di cipolle stufate.Ma il peggio...la carne !!! erano 2 ossi col buco ma attorno solo un piccolissimo pezzetto di carne e tutti ciccioli di grasso. Mi chiedo come possa uscire dalla cucina un simile piatto.Praticamente uscita con la fame.Una vera presa in giro... IO prendo cappone ripieno..pensando mi arrivasse un pezzo vero di cappone col classico intingolo tipo arrosto...invece ancora arrotolato come il coniglio con un sughetto che sembra fatto a parte e usato su tutte le carni arrosto.uguale x tutte...Passabile il sapore...ma non e'cosi il cappone ripioeno.. Ordino il tirami su chiendo espressamente che fosse il classico giallo e non bianco(ultimamente diversi ristoranti lo propongono bianco ma non e' il vero tirami su !!!!)..mi assicura che eì il classico giallo fluido..un bicchiere bianco..mandato indietro Crema catalana.Sapore buono ma gelato persino lo zucchero caramellato che si deve fare al momento con la fiamma... Totalmente cambiata la cucina ripetto allo storico Palanca dove andavo spessissimo con i miei x fare mangiate indimenticabili..Non ci sono piu i sapori della tradizione..almeno x qsti 2 piatti che dovrebbero essere un classico..come pure il coniglio...solo arrotolato con sempre lo stesso uguale sughetto x tutti..forse in cucina ci sono dei giovani che non conoscono i veri sapori e ricette...oppure fanno cosi x comodita... Davvero tanti complimenti invece x la ristrutturazione dei locali...Davvero piacevole...perfetta..accogliente e molto fine...calda...non quel solito moderno asettico che spesso si vede.. X un secondo giudizio..tornero x provare altri piatti xke la location merita davvero.

24/12/2024: It was my perception...good waiters but in a hurry and conveyed anxiety. The environment gave me this feeling... it wasn't very clean on the ground... after all, two can't get everywhere...... have a good day and happy holidays
