02/03/2025: The Best Roasted Chicken of My Life (Peruvian Cuisine) I didn't think a simple roasted chicken could surprise me so much, but this Peruvian food place has completely redefined my standard. The chicken was crazy: incredibly juicy inside, with a perfect marinade that balanced spice and smokiness. Each bite was an explosion of flavor, with the golden, flavorful skin melting in your mouth. But the real gem? The five sauces. Each with a unique character, from the most delicate and creamy ones to the spiciest one, an explosion of fire that left you with an enveloping and irresistible aftertaste. Each had something special: perfectly balanced acidity, a mix of spices that enhanced the chicken without covering its flavor and that smoky note typical of Peruvian cuisine that makes everything incredible. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the service friendly and attentive. It's one of those places you return to not just for the food, but for the experience. If you thought you've had a good roast chicken before, you definitely need to try this. Another level.

11/05/2025: La cena tra amici è convivialità nel mangiare tutti assieme… Non so se è stato un caso ma qui non è possibile… Abbiamo praticamente mangiato singolarmente. Ordiniamo 5 piatti per 5 persone e questi arrivano uno per volta ogni 30 minuti circa. Quando il primo commensale conclude il piatto arriva il secondo piatto al secondo commensale e così per tutti e 5… Premetto personale gentile ma senza preoccuparsi di questo… Mi viene da pensare che sia per loro normale un servizio del genere. I piatti buoni ma un po’ scarsi per quantità.
