26/06/2026: Remove the pierced blonde from the Bank ……. She has the enthusiasm of someone forced to spend their days at the North Pole in a T-shirt. She greets you with such a sullen expression that it puts you off your sweet tooth. As if that weren't enough, she has a surgical precision in stealing: she digs into the tray with the mastery of an archaeologist, but on the cone she deposits a ridiculous half portion, wielding the scoop with the typical "little arm" of someone rationing supplies for a famine.

17/06/2026: Reluctantly, despite it being a place I've always gone to since college, I have to leave this negative review. I have nothing to say about the food or the location, which is nice, but I called weeks in advance to reserve a table for 20 people for my graduation and requested to be seated outside. When I arrived, the table was inside, and I was arrogantly told by the owner that he had no record of my request. In the end, we stayed inside so as not to wait for a table to become available and they could prepare a new table outside for us. I've always gone to this bar, and even with 10-15 people, everyone would get their drink and for €10, they'd get their aperitif. We got there and they asked me to select four pitchers (one for every five people) "because that's how we do it at graduations," they told me. I replied, annoyed, saying that this had not been made absolutely clear on the phone. In short, four pitchers of Spritz washed down with water to pay not €10 per person, but a whopping €15 per person just because "it's a degree." A truly negative experience. I would advise the staff to reevaluate the whole situation.

16/06/2026: We stumbled upon this place by chance, had breakfast, and then stayed to work at Smart. The breakfast was good, the prices were very reasonable, and the staff were friendly.

23/06/2026: We ordered a dish on Glovo, and after an hour of waiting, our order was canceled without warning. Never again.

10/08/2026: A terrible experience, and above all, a very opaque one. I ordered grilled chicken from the menu, which clearly included a drink. However, the drink wasn't brought to me. When it came time to pay, I mentioned this and was told that the drink was no longer included on the menu. So far, bad enough, but the worst part comes later. About five minutes after leaving the restaurant, I called the landline and, asking a simple question about the menu, asked if the grilled chicken included a drink. The answer was clearly yes. So I'd like to understand: why was I told the opposite? It's not a question of a drink, it's a question of fairness. If the menu includes a drink, the customer should receive it. And if the menu's terms have changed, this must be clearly stated and, above all, treated equally with all customers. Hearing one thing at the register and then, a few minutes later, receiving a completely different answer on the phone is simply unacceptable. I felt cheated and honestly didn't expect such behavior. Losing a customer's trust over a drink is worth much more than the drink itself. After this experience, I personally will think twice before returning.
