The ice cream, handcrafted in their laboratory, has a vast assortment of flavors and periodically presents a new flavor often linked to recurring holidays. Ready-made or made-to-order cakes are also available. The staff is polite, attentive to the customer and available. It's my go-to ice cream shop.

01/03/2025: Esperienza deludente sotto il profilo del servizio. Il nostro turno era dalle 20:00 alle 22:00, ma già alle 21:15 ci hanno portato il conto mentre stavo ancora sorseggiando il mio vino. Alle 21:24, l’assistente si è addirittura presentata al tavolo con i nostri cappotti in mano, invitandoci a lasciare spazio al secondo turno con ben 36 minuti di anticipo rispetto all’orario comunicatoci al telefono. Nonostante le nostre rimostranze, si sono scusati ma hanno continuato a insistere affinché ce ne andassimo. Peccato, perché un buon cibo non può compensare un trattamento così sgradevole. Mai più.

19/02/2025: Fue una experiencia gastronómica particularmente desagradable el día de San Valentín. Aunque el restaurante tiene una carta de vinos en línea en la página web, no nos ofrecieron la carta de vinos en absoluto cuando se lo pidieron. En su lugar, el sumiller fue enviado a la mesa y nos preguntaron qué queríamos. ¡Así no maridamos vino con comida! Un buen sumiller te recomendará vinos según lo que hayas pedido para toda la comida. Y cuando preguntamos por Prosecco, el sumiller dijo que no había y ofreció champán por la botella en su lugar. En ese momento pudimos sentir la fuerte presión de las ventas, y decidimos quedarnos con el agua. Luego el plato principal tardó mucho en llegar. Cuando mi Ricciola finalmente llegó, la extraña forma en el plato me dice que es parte de la branquia del pez Amberjack, un corte agradable que es óseo y tiene un sabor amargo del abdomen del pez. Un restaurante de alta cocina utilizará este corte para el caldo y servirá un filete de la mitad del pescado. Y no había salsa. Todo el plato estaba SECO. El menú describía el Amberjack como servido con yuzu beurre blanc y salsa huacatay. Después de esperar mucho tiempo y ya a mitad de camino comiendo el pescado seco, finalmente me las arreglé para bajar a mi camarero para pedir la salsa. Y cuando llegó, era solo la ensalada de algas verdes japonesas Wakame frías ordinarias y aburridas en lugar de la salsa huacatay. Podría haber obtenido esto de cualquier tienda de la esquina. Toda la experiencia gastronómica fue una experiencia totalmente estresante y completamente desagradable en el día de San Valentín.

15/01/2025: It is the second time I go and I had a small problem with the tigernut dish we ordered since the rice was hard due to lack of cooking, the waiter, although he seemed new, did a lot to serve us, the atmosphere was very noisy.

04/01/2025: A bad experience. I didn't think it could happen in Milan. Dinner booked through the Fork. There was no one inside the club except the 3 of us even though it was a Friday night. Loud music and a video of two drunks playing on a loop. Rude and disinterested waitress. She didn't answer questions about food and didn't bring water that we asked for a couple of times. The courses were served separately to each of us with a difference of at least 15 minutes. Only one of the dishes we ordered was good. They lowered the shutters while we were still eating. When it came time to pay the bill, the waiters argued among themselves about their private matters, convinced that we couldn't understand Spanish.
