10/08/2026: Unfortunately, this time my experience wasn't positive. During my stay, I heard a waitress call me "malparido," apparently thinking I didn't understand the language. I find this behavior extremely unprofessional and, above all, disrespectful toward a customer. I understand that there can be moments of stress or misunderstanding, but insults are never an acceptable way to address or speak to a customer. It's a shame, because such an incident can completely ruin a customer experience. I hope management pays more attention to the staff's behavior toward customers.
