Barravento In Genova

All the meats were cooked incorrectly, and in the end I ordered a pudding to go to eat at home. When I arrived 10 minutes later, the pudding was sour, which has never happened to me before.

I've eaten several times, both meat and pesto with their own "panicacci" (a kind of pasta dish), or cheese focaccia. Always satisfied. Fair price. Polite staff.

Simply wonderful food, the best Brazilian I've ever had in Italy. Flavorful meat, generous portions, and an extremely polite waiter who also speaks Portuguese. I can't wait to go back!

We went to Barravento, a clean place with helpful staff. For lunch, four of us had two focaccias, one with pesto and one with a regular sauce. We also had a pasta with pesto (never eaten it) and a fillet steak. Everything was excellent, the meat was very tender. Before the end of our vacation, I plan to return one evening to try the churrasco, it looks delicious.

Spectacular… I would definitely go back… and I would recommend it 100%… The food was delicious! As a place to eat typical Genoese food, it's spectacular!

Excellent meal, the host was very kind and welcoming. The dishes were very generous and delicious. Pleasant decor. The only downside...for me, I was cold. The host offered my husband a digestif because it was very cold and raining heavily outside. A very good experience for us.

We went there by chance and it was a lovely surprise! If you're a meat lover, go without hesitation, it's a real treat, top-notch, and the staff are very friendly 👍
