31/05/2025: This is one of the places I recommend! If you are in the Bologna area or even just in the one passing through there, the exit is mandatory! The food is excellent! The Risto offers a buffet of vegetables and side dishes and during the evening they pass between the tables with meat skewers, all fantastic!!!

08/06/2025: We returned to Temakinho in Bologna with great expectations, after a wonderful experience at the end of April. At the time, we were pleasantly surprised by the original menu proposal: sophisticated fusion, strong flavors and a selection of dishes that made this restaurant truly different from the usual sushi. Unfortunately, this time we left disappointed. The new menu has completely lost that distinctive touch that had won us over. Many of the more particular dishes have been removed, leaving room for decidedly more banal and uncharacteristic proposals. The most disappointing blow came with the ceviche: it was served to us on a flat plate, an inexplicable choice for this type of dish which, by tradition and necessity, should be served in a bowl to allow the fish to absorb the flavor of its juices and the marinade to be well distributed. We found ourselves asking if the management or philosophy of the place had changed, because the experience was not even remotely comparable to the previous one. Fortunately, we want to underline the great professionalism of the staff, who handled our disappointment with great courtesy and attention. The only positive note in an evening that, unfortunately, did not live up to expectations. We hope that in the future Temakinho can once again stand out for its originality and quality.
