28/03/2024: Quite a nice place, we ate the pizza and the waitress explained to us that they make it differently, square and a little thick, okay, let's try it. It wasn't bad in itself, it gave me the sensation of those frozen slices with the addition of ingredients chosen based on the pizza. The waitress offers us the desserts made by the owner (at least I think) panna cotta that tasted of nothing and with the classic flavor of the canned ones (which doesn't take much to make a serious panna cotta okay professional deformation) tiramisu also very industrial. But the icing on the cake is that while I was waiting to go and pay, the lady at the register was preparing for a pizza and for hygiene in the restaurant if you touch food you don't touch money.🤬 Never again and honestly not recommended place.

02/04/2024: Locale molto carino con un bel dehor, famoso per la sua farinata con tante varianti.
Da consigliare anche i tagliolini con i funghi della zona, il ragu di coniglio, la carne alla brace (tomahawk succulento) e il coniglio.
In stagione il dehor da un tocco piú romantico alla cena.
Vini della zona a prezzi corretti
01/04/2024: Sono stata per due volte a pranzo. La prima ho mangiato solo la farinata che viene servita in molte varianti, devo dire ottima. Seconda visita il pranzo a Pasqua. 3 antipasti ottimi. 2primi buoni. 2 secondi buoni. Come dolce una pasta sfoglia ripiena di mela servita con salsa al sapore di colomba. I l tutto accompagnato da vino rossese. Il prezzo un pochino alto ma in queste occasioni Natale Pasqua ferragosto.... é così ovunque. Torneremo sicuramente.

05/01/2024: We had dinner at "Carlo in Fornace" with an à la carte menu on New Year's Eve, generous portions and the quality of all dishes tasted very good. We thought it was a great idea to have an à la carte menu on New Year's Eve, with the possibility of even tasting excellent farinata, focaccia and pizza, then tagliolini, shin, etc., the wine was also excellent, all at an honest price ! On New Year's Eve... in many other places this is almost impossible! We finally found a restaurant where the owner offers a very good level of service and does not take advantage of his customers! The professionalism and availability of the staff and chef were very welcome!
18/12/2023: unfortunately in my case, the dinner was really bad, the service excellent of course but whoever does the food has the duty to taste the dishes and if he had done so, well he would probably have given us more! It's a shame because the place is very nice, if we go there again we will have something else and not the boiled meat!!

16/09/2023: Consiglio sia la spiaggia che il ristorante. Accoglienza, gentilezza, simpatia e disponibilità regna ai bagni Blue Beach!! È come stare in famiglia! Tutto il personale è cordiale, serio ed i titolari sono sempre molto attenti a soddisfare le esigenze dei loro clienti. L’armonia si avverte in tutta la spiaggia.
Allego le foto di alcuni piatti che parlano da soli!! Molto divertenti e piacevoli le serate organizzate con la musica!! Non vedo l’ora che inizi la prossima stagione! 🔝🌴

Super super sorprendente e buonissimo. Posto da fascino retró ma con un'atmosfera familiare.
Abbiamo preso la salsiccia con le patatine e le uova con la salsiccia e le patatine.
Tutto davvero buonissimo e di ottima qualità.
Personale gentilissimo.
Super consigliato.

16/03/2024: Anni fa aveva chiuso i battenti un ristorante a Vado ed abbiamo patito. Ora ne è arrivato un altro. Non abbiamo recensito subito il locale; abbiamo atteso di tornare per avere conferme. Ora ne siamo certi. IO CIBO è il ristorante che mancava. Semplice, senza fronzoli, piccolo. In sala ti coccolano. Il cibo ricercati e mai banale. Ogni piatto è un'esperienza visiva e del gusto; occorre mangiare lentamente per cogliere ogni sapore. Comunque, tutto molto buono! Prezzo assolutamente adeguato alla qualità del cibo. Provatelo, ma lasciate libero un tavolo per due per quando veniamo al mare. Al cuoco ed a tutto il personale complimenti.
