19/04/2026: Dinner on Saturday, April 18, 2026. The restaurant is located just outside Cairo Montenotte in a charming spot that I think is fantastic in the summer. The location and interior are welcoming. The menu features a few well-chosen dishes; the blue cheeses are a must-try. I must emphasize that, following a small mishap that occurred unintentionally with one of the two managers, the correctness in rectifying the situation was impeccable. It means a lot to me because it shows how much they care about their guests! I recommend it and will definitely be back. It's best to book!

05/04/2026: The best burger in Cairo Montenotte. Exceptional! Delicious bread, excellent meat, perfectly cooked bacon. I eat a lot of these everywhere, and I have to say it far exceeded my expectations. Don't expect super-elaborate sandwiches; here, the essence of flavor is captured in the simplicity of excellent ingredients and meticulously prepared dishes. Kudos to the kitchen; I've been here twice already, both during the quiet and the storm, and both times the sandwiches were perfect.
I don't have a photo because the taste won over the sight. 😅

A truly unique place with outdoor seating 💪👍 (see attached photos). Even the interior has its own personality, with friendly staff and equally refined food... perhaps a little limited on the menu (maybe it was just a bad night). The only flaw, in my opinion, is the menu board made from a PSC tile (faux parquet). It's a nice touch, but unfortunately, we had a hard time reading the ink. Maybe use a marker... but these are small details!!
Great job!! We'll definitely be back.

Good, authentic cuisine. The tagliata was exceptional, even though I asked for it well done, and it was tender and tasty (a real thank you to the kitchen).
The waiters were excellent.
Very kind and they go the extra mile.
Well done, well done, it's a team effort, and yours is a winning one.

28/03/2026: We were three people and a bland appetizer arrived for three people, costing €13. Then we got two pizzas with good ingredients, but the pasta arrived 10 minutes after the pizzas were delivered.
I asked for cheese and it wasn't delivered.
I ordered coffee and it came with water and coffee mixed together.
It's a shame about the cozy location but the terrible service.
I'll never go back.

Run with passion by Valentina and her family, this inn is much more than just a place to sleep or eat: it's a heart-warming experience.
I've had the pleasure of dining at their restaurant a few times and have been pleasantly satisfied. The menu spans the culinary traditions of Piedmont and Liguria, with dishes that change based on the seasonality of the ingredients. Everything is prepared with the freshest, local ingredients, and it shows.
I thoroughly enjoyed all the dishes, and the appetizers deserve a special mention.
The atmosphere of the inn is warm and familiar, perfect for a dinner with friends or a romantic getaway. The service is attentive and courteous, and the location, surrounded by greenery and a lovely garden, offers a sense of peace and tranquility that contributes to total relaxation.

19/05/2026: I'm going back to give the staff a second chance, but I confirm, they're terrible... lazy, they throw plates on the table, you ask for something and it seems like you killed their mother. If you don't feel like it, go to the construction site like me and then we'll talk again. Serving is an art that not everyone can master.

10/02/2026: I would like to point out regarding the reviews of Marco Joker and Mr. Frank, who were seated at the same table at Christmas lunch, that when I booked, I personally asked the lady I corresponded with on WhatsApp, and it was all written and visible what I had to prepare for the children present and whether I had to make a children's menu because I couldn't make any other dishes for Christmas lunch. I was told that only ravioli in bianco or with meat sauce would be fine, and so I did. As for the fact that I didn't list the dishes, they knew very well what was on the menu because it was sent and read by everyone on WhatsApp.
27/12/2025: I'm sharing my experience after a Christmas lunch at this restaurant. I'll start with the fact that for Christmas lunch, the menu choice has to be made weeks in advance, for both adults and children. I'm focusing on the latter, where orders weren't respected, but even worse, they didn't have the ingredients to make them. What's even worse is the fact that the ingredients were nothing but trofie with pesto or penne with tomato sauce. And despite asking if we could have one of the two dishes, in the end we were brought a dish that was saved without any ingredients, with the result that my daughter didn't eat anything. I want to reiterate how the owner was very rude and unprofessional in trying to correct his mistake in any way, really awful.

siamo ritornati dopo parecchi mesi e devo dire che abbiamo mangiato ancora meglio dell altra volta
Si sente che tutto e’ fatto in casa fanno persino il gelato
Antipasti abbondanti e sfiziosi soprattutto insalata russa e il fan di fave dell orto
I ravioli del plin buonissimi e saporiti
Di secondo abbiamo assaggiato carne alla brace il brasato e il coniglio tutto buono e abbondante
Per finire cheesecake al mango ottima
Abbiamo cenato all aperto si stava d’incanto
Il loro Dehors e giardino e’ tenuto molto bene pulito e pieno di fiori
A contorno una splendida piscina
Torneremo presto!
