03/08/2024: Een dagtour in de omgeving van Balestrino bracht ons rond lunchtijd hier. We hadden gelezen over dit restaurant en besloten het te bezoeken. Geen verkeerde keuze. Er is geen menu, de gastheer, chef kok en eigenaar lepelde uit het hoofd op wat er die dag op het menu stond.
De starters en de nagerechten werden op een trolley gepresenteerd en geserveerd. Het eten was super smaakvol en de porties van de juiste omvang. Al met al een zeer goede en gezellige ervaring.
