11/06/2025: I stopped by for an aperitif and was really satisfied! Well-prepared drinks and abundant, quality appetizers. All served in a beautiful, well-kept garden, ideal for relaxing outdoors on nice days. The atmosphere is quiet and welcoming, the staff is always smiling and helpful. A perfect spot in Castiglione Vara to enjoy an aperitif in company. Highly recommended!

02/11/2024: Attirati dalle recensioni, dalla posizione e dalla tipologia di locale, da tempo avevamo in mente di cenare in questo bel locale di Beverino Castello e finalmente, dopo una camminata sui monti di Calice, siamo riusciti a farlo la sera di Ognissanti. Con il nostro navigatore in difficoltà, la cortesia di Piero si è manifestata già nella pazienza di guidarci nelle buie stradine di Beverino per trovare il bivio per salire al borgo alto e quindi al locale stupendamente affacciato sulla val di Vara. La cena è stata poi perfetta, ottima cucina casalinga ligure (trofie al pesto e rotolo di coniglio al top ma è davvero difficile fare classifiche tra piatti tutti ottimi), servizio veloce e attento, cortesia e affabilità di Piero che è un piacere ascoltare e 'seguire' nei suoi consigli. Alto il livello anche dei dolci, io ho preso un tiramisù davero eccellente, ma ho assaggiato anche la crostata e la torta ordinate dai miei familiari, davvero ottime. Validissimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo (100 euro in 3 dal'antipasto al caffè), insoma da ritornarci.
