28/06/2026: I stopped by last Friday, June 26th, on my way back from a trip to France, and I noticed excellent products and the incredibly kind staff at the counter. I couldn't help but highlight this because, in my humble opinion, they truly deserve it. Thank you.

23/07/2026: ABSOLUTELY AVOID. RUN AWAY!
A truly awful experience, from start to finish. Total disorganization, both in the service and in the billing.
The staff didn't even seem to know what we'd ordered: confusion reigned between one dish and the next, and we had the feeling they had absolutely no control over the orders.
Unfortunately, the food was even worse. The tagliatelle with clams arrived all stuck together, with virtually flavorless clams. The rest of the fish also seemed to be of truly terrible quality. A decidedly disappointing culinary experience.
But the most absurd thing came when it came time to pay: they didn't seem to know how much we were supposed to spend. The bills were calculated on the spot, giving the impression that they were just sketching out the prices on the spot. A situation that left us truly incredulous and which, in our opinion, should never happen in a restaurant.
Between terrible food, completely disorganized service, and a sloppy bill management, our experience was completely negative.
We definitely won't be returning, and we absolutely can't recommend it.
19/07/2026: The food wasn't amazing, but the view was very good and the staff were friendly. The pasta and seafood were bland.

14/08/2026: The pizza and focaccia slices were very good, but the girl behind the counter wasn't very polite. She seemed to care more about her phone than our presence. When dealing with the public, you need to have a different attitude. The quality of the food contrasts with this person's terrible attitude. Maybe she would have preferred to be on the beach instead of serving us. In conclusion, the food was excellent. 4 stars, but the waiter gave us 0 stars.
What a shame... ps. Friday, August 14th, mid-afternoon.

07/07/2026: A tiny shop that, instead of focusing on bread, offers too many products, displayed in a haphazard manner. I asked for ciabatta or durum wheat bread, but had to settle for white bread because they only make "special bread" on Saturdays. Among the purchases was a truly disappointing turtle loaf, with a soggy crust and a dry crumb with fine bubbles from baking powder. Bread prices are not displayed.

14/08/2026: We ordered burgers; I had the Smash burger, and it arrived completely cold and inedible.
At the end of the meal, we mentioned this to the waitress, without asking for anything in return. She told us it was strange, given that she'd picked it up right after it left the kitchen, and that she'd report the incident, but after that, she never came back to us. We don't even know if that was actually done. We were especially disappointed not to receive any response, not even a simple "sorry" or an explanation.
We weren't expecting a discount or a freebie, but at least a minimum amount of attention and courtesy toward the customer.
05/08/2026: The burgers are generous and very good, definitely one of the best places in the area to eat a burger!

22/07/2026: Terrible welcome in July 2026: in previous years, at least the food was pretty good. Two sunbeds for a couple cost €40, and let me start by saying we're not tourists, but we live nearby, so we know the area well. The restaurant, where the food used to be pretty good, was a complete disappointment! We chose a Milanese with fries, but we received a plate with four chicken nuggets, one of which was raw, and four fries thrown on the plate (even at a service station, the food is this bad). The staff was uninterested, but the friendliness and customer service were zero! The only positive thing was the clean sand on the beach, but at 9:00 AM, the beach table was still full of litter and contact lenses from the previous day's guest. Never again!
06/07/2026: Mixed experience. The beach is beautiful, well-maintained, and peaceful. However, it's 40% more expensive. But it's also more upscale. Avoid the restaurant. French prices for bland and uninspiring food. Eat out!

26/08/2026: I've been to this bar three times. The green cake was tasteless, the coffee was awful, and the owner was very careful: he issues a receipt without any details of the individual prices. You'll only see the total, and you won't understand how he arrived at the figure, which seems exaggerated. Either the prices are truly outrageous, or he cheated me. I'd say I was definitely scammed. I'd like to notify the tax authorities, but I'll simply avoid going there. Be careful.
20/08/2026: Disappointing experience
The staff was truly embarrassing and the service was anything but professional. We ordered cappuccinos, but unfortunately they weren't prepared properly: the milk was poorly frothed, full of bubbles, and served so hot it almost seemed unbearable to hold.
We politely asked for them to be remade twice, but the result remained the same. Making the experience even worse was the attitude of the staff, whom we found rude, uneducated, unhelpful, and anything but friendly.
A well-made cappuccino should be a must for a breakfast establishment. Unfortunately, in this case, that wasn't the case.
I highly recommend choosing another place for breakfast.

22/06/2026: Nice bar, friendly and fast service. There are also tables outside under the beautiful arcades of Piazza Garibaldi. Centrally located. Spacious and modern bar, frequented by a mixed clientele, both regulars and passers-by. Excellent aperitifs. Friendly and helpful owner.
29/03/2026: I went into the first bar I could find, and I admit, if I were to return to Alessandria, I'd definitely stop by again. Prosecco accompanied by some appetizers, all very much appreciated. Lovely place 😊😊😊 and excellent value. Thanks and see you soon 😊

24/08/2025: Friendly, family-friendly atmosphere. Kind and attentive staff. Helpful managers. Comfortable rooms. Fresh, varied cuisine. Excellent location.
It's true, as I've read in other reviews, that the hotel is spartan, but I really appreciate the fact that the managers eat in the same room, with the guests, and, above all, the same food. For me, this is a sign of authenticity and simplicity.
So: a comfortable, delicious vacation with a priceless sea view!!!
