30/12/2025: Everything was delicious, especially the fried squid! Highly recommended! Relaxing, family-friendly atmosphere. A must-try every time I come to Diano! Keep it up!!!

12/10/2025: Delightful service, a beautiful location, and the food was just as pictured, delicious, authentic, and typical of a seaside town. If you're passing through, don't miss this place. 8.5/10

22/08/2025: Inedible pizza!! Rubbery and raw, only the center seemed cooked. The crust was completely burned on one half and raw on the other. I ordered the maxi pizza, half with sausage and half with spicy salami and chips. The sausage seemed cooked but was raw on the inside, and the other half only had 10 chips!! The sauce was sour. Overpriced for the terrible quality!! By the way, we ordered for 9:15 PM at their recommendation, but at 8:46 PM we received a call from them that we couldn't answer, and when we called them back at 8:55 PM they told us the pizzas were already ready. Absurd!!

19/08/2025: I ordered pizza delivery from Big Pizza and the experience was decidedly negative. The pizza arrived rubbery, a sign of poorly made dough or improper cooking. The toppings were low-quality, flavorless, and not very fresh; they seemed cheap and industrial. Considering the very poor quality-price ratio, it's not a service I would recommend.

08/10/2025: We were on a Just Go packaged tour to Hotel Kristall, Diano Marina. A couple of staff were helpful and good.Evening drinks and were also included, BUT restricted as mentioned below: 1)Food was very mediocre, some days was acceptable while others was mostly rubbish as far as the main course was concerned. The boiled eggs at breakfast were heavily overboiled resulting the yolk exterior being dark grey and both yolk and white very dried out. I found an insect in my cereal one day so was off it after that. On the second last day somebody had a live cockroach in their salad. So a few of us decided to go out for dinner the next evening. One chicken dish was uncooked , the insides being pink. The main courses were always cold. Coffee machine always churned out luke warm coffee no matter what was chosen. Dinner was over a period on 90 minutes as a minimum. Pure time wasting : 20 minutes wait for starters, 15 minutes for mains and 10 minutes for dessert, presumably to give less time at the free bar!!! 2)When the hotel was up to capacity the hot water in the mornings was just about lukewarm. 3)The red and white wine served during dinner was diluted with some sparking water making it a sort of spritzer with a weird taste. The red wine was chilled, not at room temperature-- who does that?? 4)The open bar timings were 7 to 10 pm. Some of us wanted to have a quick beer at 7 pm but instead we were told to go in for dinner first or nobody was at the bar. 5)The swimming pool had a couple of rats around, need I say more??? 6)The air conditioning was switched off so the rooms were stuffy. Keeping the balcony door open led to insects coming in. 7)The bath screen seal was poor resulting in water flowing down to a very slippery tiled floor. 8)The cupboard and drawers were sticky and ready to fall apart if one was not careful.

22/09/2025: Cute hotel with clean rooms. A bit dated, but okay. Only about 50 meters from the pebble beach.

28/09/2025: The restaurant has a terrace with a wonderful view, and that's its only strong point. The food is of extremely low quality: spaghetti shredded as if they'd been split, overcooked, and the seafood was decidedly stale. The dessert was even more dated and of extremely low quality. The service was pitiful: there wasn't even enough bread for everyone; we had to ask for it repeatedly before we even got a few more slices. We waited an hour and a half between appetizers and first courses; the wait for dessert was shorter, but still eternity; when we asked for two spoons, we were told, "If I find them, it's fine."

20/09/2025: Above all, avoid it. We ate bruschetta and vongole at lunchtime. The price was unbelievable for a disgusting meal. I don't chew, but the bruschetta had square mozzarella with chopped tomato on top. A disgrace for 22 euros. I've never seen that. Really avoid it. It's a scam. The prices aren't even displayed. I was just hungry. It's a shame. I'm very disappointed. Even my child would do better than that. Shame.

14/02/2026: Good food at a good price. Perfect portions, excellent service, especially since the dishes arrive at a leisurely pace. Extremely friendly staff.

08/02/2026: Very friendly, comfortable atmosphere, good food, and we tried various dishes. We'll gladly return.
