29/04/2026: We stopped at this restaurant almost by chance, on our way back from Provence. Then I remembered an episode of Borghese's *4 Ristoranti* and made the connection: it was indeed one of the winners along our route. And I must say, the win is more than deserved.
The restaurant is truly refined and welcoming, but what makes the difference are the owners: Chiara is an extraordinary hostess, attentive, kind, and always ready to make guests feel at ease. Even when faced with a small setback, she handled everything with great professionalism and ease.
The menu was simply fantastic. We chose the six-course tasting menu and it was a true journey of flavors from start to finish: carefully prepared, balanced, and never boring dishes. You can sense passion, research, and sheer quality in every offering.
A truly successful experience, one that stays in your memory and is definitely worth repeating.
P.S.: I highly recommend it, but keep in mind that it's also an experience in terms of time... it's not the right place if you're in a hurry.

15/06/2026: I had the pleasure of dining at L'Oliva Pazza for my nephew's confirmation, and the experience was truly excellent.
From the appetizers onward, I thoroughly enjoyed the brandacujun, prepared with care and respect for tradition, and the crispy and tasty fried porcini mushrooms. The first courses were also excellent, well-executed and rich in flavor.
A special mention goes to the mixed fried fish: light, dry, crispy, and perfectly cooked, among the best I've had in recent memory.
The restaurant is also very beautiful, with a refined and characteristic interior, but the real added value is the splendid outdoor terrace with a view that makes lunch even more pleasant and relaxing.
The service was courteous and professional, attentive without being intrusive. A truly positive experience in every way.

15/06/2026: I had lunch at L'Oliva Pazza and was truly satisfied. The quality of the cuisine is evident from the first courses: the brandacujun was excellent, flavorful and well-prepared, as was the fried porcini mushrooms, crispy and delicious.
The first courses were excellent, carefully prepared with quality ingredients. The mixed fried fish was also truly remarkable: light, dry, and cooked to perfection.
The location deserves a special mention: the interior is welcoming and well-maintained, while the outdoor terrace offers a unique atmosphere and a splendid view that makes the meal even more enjoyable.
The service is friendly, professional, and attentive to detail. A restaurant that combines excellent cuisine, a beautiful atmosphere, and hospitality. An absolutely positive experience, one to repeat. A well-deserved five stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

04/01/2026: The welcome in the upstairs room is very cordial. But the air is almost unbreathable due to the pizzas being cooked and the lack of ventilation (hello, fine particles...). The food is mediocre, lacking inventiveness, rather heavy from appetizer to dessert, with no lightness, no attempt at flavor or presentation. A shame.

23/05/2025: Excellent food, very good and friendly service, very helpful chef with innivative yet traditional cuisine. Good selection of local wine. Wonderful location in a very impressive old mountain village, a must to visit.
14/05/2025: Cucina tradizionale con una punta di novità che offre quindi piatti originali e ottimi!!! Pasta, pane e dolci fatti in casa; da provare le acciughe fritte (per niente unte e ottima panatura) e le reginelle al nero di seppia; personale disponibilissimo; silenzioso, con bel dehors dai cui tavoli si gode un'ampia vista sulla vallata.
Davvero un bellissimo posto: da tornare.
