The manager, Alessandro, is friendly and professional.
The tasty pizzas and desserts definitely won't leave you hungry 😋
The price is reasonable for the quality.
It's best to book because the place isn't huge (better if you don't want a noisy atmosphere).
Parking is available under the pizzeria along the road, and it's always available.
19/09/2025: I tried the pizza. Really good, wood-fired oven with fresh ingredients and a light dough.
Welcoming, well-kept place with a pleasant atmosphere.
Fast service and very friendly staff.

07/11/2025: We have been to this pizzeria restaurant several times and found the place quite good and very cute, located on a small river that is crossed by a small bridge. This time we went for a birthday party and ate at the buffet. They had reserved a large room just for the guests. The buffet was very varied with various fried foods, pizzas, focaccias, cheese and simple appetizers of various types and prosecco galore. I had a great time.
02/11/2025: I don't think I'll be back, the dish was wrong, the spaghetti with seafood was not good and not even the sorbet tasted of lemon, oh well

12/10/2025: Very bad. The rude manager treated us rudely. He didn't provide a detailed receipt with the prices. We overspent compared to what we ate. This is not how you treat customers.
This place should be removed from our list. I will never recommend it to anyone again.

29/09/2025: The atmosphere is very simple and a bit dated.
The service is friendly and fast.
The dishes are very simple (appetizer: mixed cured meats, Russian salad, and melon; first course: ravioli with ragù, tagliolini with mushroom sauce, pesto lasagna; second course: mixed Italian-style fried fish, cima, veal with tuna sauce, roast beef, etc.), traditional Genoese food, all good.
What really bothered me was not having a menu with the prices of the dishes.
I made a mistake in not asking for the prices of everything.
The final price was a bit steep.

The appetizers were really good.
The tartare was excellent.
The ravioli sauce needed to cook a little longer, but it was good.
The main courses weren't up to par; the fried food was overcooked, as were the fries. The grilled meat was so-so, and the spare rib was very tough.
19/10/2025: Finding ourselves in Sarzana we decided to stop for lunch at this osteria. But the lunch was disappointing: tagliatelle with tasteless black mushrooms with no flavour whatsoever, a rib eye for two topped with the same tasteless mushrooms, disgusting. Spent a lot and ate very badly. I don't recommend it.

Ambiente piuttosto freddino a livello di location. Piatti nella media, ma nulla che mi faccia dire "tornerò"

Ravioli al tocco genovese con un sugo assolutamente dimenticabile (poco cotto, acquoso, senza carne.. Ho creduto me li avessero serviti al pomodoro semplice).
Lumache buone.
Crostata alla marmellata immangiabile perchè completamente cruda.
Conto importante, per due piatti a testa e dolce con acqua e vino 50 euro.
Non è un posto dove tornerei.

04/05/2025: Siamo stati all Ostaia lo scorso 30 aprile per festeggiare in famiglia i compleanni di nonna e nipote😀
Abbiamo usufruito del menù operaio/turistico a 12 euro prendendo piatti quasi tutti differenti (taglierini con ragù, trofie al pesto, vitello tonnato, hamburger, carpaccio di tonno...)
Tutti i piatti si distinguono per la qualità dei prodotti e la preparazione stessa.
Siamo spesso presenti all Ostaia ed è sempre così con un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo anche fuori dai menù fissi.
I gestori sono simpatici e cordiali e ti fanno sentire a casa.
Ci sentiamo quindi di segnalare questa realtà che organizza anche pranzi e cene più impegnative , sempre con piatti nuovi, di alta qualità e a prezzi ragionevoli .

02/04/2024: Tipica trattoria per una rapida pausa pranzo. Cucina locale presentata con semplicità e che rispecchia l'ambiente. Tutto è pratico e veloce. Personale gentile e disponibile, rapido nel raccogliere l'ordine e a servire ai tavoli. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Pagamento con carta di credito senza problemi. La zona non offre molte possibilità di parcheggio, ci si deve "inventare" il posteggio.
