21/05/2025: We wanted to eat there on Tuesday evening, but it was closed. The owner informed us that it's only open for lunch on weekdays.
Therefore, we checked whether the restaurant was open before the somewhat tiring journey.
16/05/2025: Stunning place, very well-kept, traditional but fresh.
A Ligurian-style rabbit like I haven't eaten in years!

Speed and courtesy service
Portions are fair and well presented
In my opinion, very good homemade gnocchi and ravioli
Note of merit for the Italian-style mixed fried food, plentiful and not at all greasy, one of the best I've tasted
The bulk wine is not from the house but is given from the bottles on the wine list.
A bottle of water, a quarter of Barbera, three first courses, three second courses, two side dishes and a dessert €96.
If you find yourself passing by I definitely recommend it

03/05/2025: Truly terrible, fried appetizers served cold and tasteless, each dish was based on fish, but the taste was completely covered by mayonnaise or other fried preparations. The only nice thing is the view...everything else is super not recommended.
21/04/2025: Per la prima volta siamo venuti a pranzare in questo ristorante ed è stata una gradevole esperienza. Menù fisso a base di pesce, ottima qualità prezzo, servizio impeccabile con personale gentilissimo e i titolari sempre presenti ma non invadenti. Consigliatissimo anche per la vista spettacolare

11/10/2024: A truly wonderful evening of delicious food and attentive service. We enjoyed the six course taster menu. Full of surprises and fabulous combinations. Lovely service from Kevin and Daniele the sommelier. Excellent food and wines all throughout.

Ristorante dell'Hotel Villa Edera E la Torretta

16/12/2024: We very much enjoyed our stay at Hotel Villa Edera & La Torretta as part of our "Tranquil Cinque Terre, Italian Riviera" trip booked through Inn Travel
Moneglia is a charming town with a variety of small boutique restaurants and is well placed to explore the Ligurian Riviera by rail, although some timetable pre-planning is advisable. There are great walks accessible directly from the hotel and also across the wider area. Our favorites were "Manarola to Corniglia", "The Gulf of Poets - Isola Palmaria & Portoverene",; "Corniglia to Monterosso" & "Camogli to Portofina"
And finally a BIG thank you to the daughter of the hotel owner (sorry I can't remember your name), who kindly gave us a lift to Sestri Levante rail station to avoid us missing our return flight home due to a rail strike effecting the local train line. Phew!!
18/10/2024: Elevated is the word I would use to describe our stay here. A wonderful property that is very private with an exceptional staff.

03/05/2025: The best pizza in Moneglia! Not the "classic" pizza, definitely thinner and crunchier, but very good and with excellent quality of ingredients. The ordering times were a little long, I suppose due to the amount of people in the place, but this was made up for with the arrival of the pizza in less than 10 minutes!! Good prices for a seaside location. I recommend booking at least 1/2 hour in advance 😘

13/08/2023: Qualità dei cibi mediocre. Birra servita a temperatura ambiente e non hanno neppure del ghiaccio. Caro in proporzione alla qualità. La pulizia del locale lascia a desiderare. Unica nota positiva la vista dalla terrazza

17/10/2024: Serata incantevole piatti unici atmosfera rilassante servizio impeccabile, le materie prime di sente che sono fresche, le erbe utilizzate nei vari piatti sembrano dosate per dare il giusto aroma ai piatti, i vini consigliati tutti molto buoni, il dolce buonissimo davvero complimenti

31/08/2024: Cena tra amici con bambini. Chiamiamo per prenotare e non ci informano che ci sarebbe stato il menù fisso e la band.
All’arrivo, ci fanno accomodare 30 minuti dopo sotto la tenda, davanti agli strumenti dei musicisti. Caldo esagerato mentre hanno allestito tavoli di fortuna proprio sul mare per altri clienti.
Ci propongono il menù fisso dicendo che non è possibile ordinare alla carta. Intanto agli altri tavoli portano fritture, impepate di cozze e altri piatti di pesce.
Menu: gamberoni al lime.. senza lime
Acciughe al verde .. erano crude e senza condimento e ha avuto il coraggio di dire che c’era una riduzione di salsa verde!
Paella… un risotto al pesce con il misto del discount bollito e buttato nella pentola.

Esperienza proprio tanto negativa soprattutto per la presa in giro.
Sarà stato un caso?! Me lo auguro .. io nn ci tornerò mai più
31/07/2024: Siamo stati ospiti della struttura per una giornata di mare. Tutto molto pulito personale attento ristorante ok tranne per l attesa sia delle pietanze che delle bevande che ci sono state servite molto tempo dopo esserci seduti. Per il resto tutto bene. Docce ombrelloni e lettini ok
