20/08/2025: Excellent restaurant with a wide selection. The only downside is that there are no vegetarian appetizers or main courses; at least one or two dishes are worth adding. I'd recommend a few more desserts: panna cotta, crème brulee, cheesecake, meringue pie...
18/08/2025: Generous portions. I recommend the tartare, good with both mushrooms and truffles. We would have liked to have a first or second course, but we probably would have been luckier instead. We opted for the fried foods, which I don't recommend... generous but unfortunately poor quality. The ambiance itself is not bad, except for the very uncomfortable chairs. The waiters were kind but perhaps a little unknowledgeable about the wines. Our 30 euro entrée was served very warm. So, a fine trattoria with good food, but not up to the excessive price for a two-course dinner for two.

29/08/2025: Impossible to eat!!!!
On July 9th, we showed up without a reservation, and even though the restaurant was full, they found us a spot and sat us down. From that day on, I called every Sunday morning between 9:30 and 10:00, and each time they told me they had no room.
The food is delicious, and in an era when alternative cuisine is so prevalent, finding a place to eat a nice plate of lasagna is priceless, but for crying out loud!! In over three months, I haven't found a seat!!!! I've come to terms with it and won't try again.

The restaurant offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel immediately at home. The service is impeccable: courteous, attentive, and always ready to recommend the best dishes of the day.
We enjoyed quality traditional Ligurian cuisine. Each dish is prepared with passion and fresh ingredients, reflecting the flavors of yesteryear.
I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to discover the true soul of Genoese cuisine. We'll definitely be back!

18/08/2025: This is a trattoria that many years ago embarked on a fantastic journey, a difficult one, but one that is bringing satisfaction to both its customers and its management. The dishes are a sort of exploration of the past with a modern presentation, and the success of this encounter lies in the final flavor. The wine list offers a good selection. The restroom, for me the hallmark of a restaurant, is always clean and tidy. From the service to the kitchen, the all-female team is in command: Signora Barbara, but watch out for the general's mother! She dresses like a lamb, but...
Friendliness, friendliness, and helpfulness don't come cheap, and there's plenty of it; the rest is fair game.
17/08/2025: Typical Ligurian ‘up the mountain’ place, where you eat food from the land (but better than most). Great porcini. Tasty pasta. Good meat. Great winelist.

12/09/2023: Posto molto bello in mezzo alla natura, Il luogo è pulito e curato, lo stile è affascinante, i piatti sono a dir poco favolosi, qui puoi mangiare le lumache, pietanza che da altre parti è molto difficile da trovare. Dopo il pranzo ti puoi riposare sulle sdraio messe a dallo staff. Staff gentile e disponibile. Siamo stati qui un sabato a pranzo, torneremo sicuramente consigliatissimo.
08/08/2023: We had a great lunch here! It's a shame that this year they opted not to offer restaurant service. Let's hope for 2024...the snails were excellent!
