13/08/2025: I'll start this review by saying that we went there for dinner one evening and immediately made a reservation for the following evening. We gave ample space to the meat, and it was an excellent choice because it's truly high quality. For both dinners, we ordered sliced veal, picanha, slow-cooked cinta, hand-chopped tartare, sliced veal, and sashi (about 1 kg). Not a single dish disappointed us! Everything was truly delicious! Furthermore, the service was attentive and friendly, and they gave us expert and professional advice. Every time we're in the area, it will definitely be a regular stop. I highly recommend trying it!

21/08/2025: It's worth it! On our way back from vacation, we took a detour to try some typical Lazio dishes, and the authentic flavors were truly delightful. It felt like we were at the Colosseum.
