The restaurant overlooks the wonderful panorama of Bagnoregio.
31/01/2026: A little gem overlooking the Calanchi. Very good food, spotless bathrooms, and truly friendly, unobtrusive staff. I recommend the ribollita, roast potatoes, and beans alla Bagnorese. The local wines are definitely worth trying. See you soon for dessert!

19/12/2025: We've been regulars for a few years now, and I wouldn't change Jovez for anything. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the place is beautiful, and the food is divine. Everything is homemade, from the supplì, for example, to the delicious appetizer they bring, to the first and second courses, and the pizza, which I consider the best ever. Jovez is a guarantee that never disappoints. And Cesare and Federico are great hosts. I always come back and leave with a smile. I can only give top stars to everything!

02/01/2025: Bar situato a Lubriano con difronte un meraviglioso scorcio panoramico di Civita di Bagnoregio. Gestito in modo impeccabile da giovani signore impeccabili nel loro lavoro e altamente professionali, hanno doppiamente meritato questa recensione per la grande gentilezza di aver offerto a me e ai miei compagni il 31 dicembre del 2024, quando il loro bar era al pienone di clienti a brindare al nuovo anno e sottolineo senza conoscerci, la possibilità di portare 4 calici nel nostro BeB che ne era sprovvisto e di permetterci così di brindare durante la cena....gesto impagabile in un momento in cui a loro servivano più calici possibili!!...e senza alcuna richiesta di denaro.....detto ciò colazione top e aperitivo top al bar "" LE TRE SCIMMIETTE" , consiglio vivamente!
