10/10/2025: I had lunch at this trattoria and found the owners very friendly and professional.
I had a first course made with water and flour, with porcini mushrooms and sausage (boscaiola), which was very good. For the second course, the veal with porcini mushrooms was decent.
All washed down with a quart of wine 🍷
03/10/2025: A restaurant I've wanted to try for years, but for one reason or another, I've always found it closed for rest or fully booked. Today we finally got to have lunch at Linetta in Canepina, and I must say the wait was worth it.
The cuisine is simple yet refined, with dishes that showcase local flavors. The handmade pasta (fieno and cigiliani) with ragu or porcini sauces were truly excellent and rich in flavor. The chicory in particular, seasoned and cooked to perfection, was a tasty surprise.

27/09/2025: Without a doubt, a place where the people who work there LOVE what they do. From appetizer to dessert, I loved everything. I highly recommend the pumpkin soup as an appetizer. The first course and dessert were also excellent (the hazelnut semifreddo, which is said to be one of the best in Italy). The service was also excellent: the waiter was very friendly and helpful, and the owner was very welcoming and interesting, telling us lots of details about his cuisine. The place is small, but nine of us fit in easily. They don't have outdoor seating this season. A wonderful experience, I want to go back to try the pork belly.
24/09/2025: I went for dinner with a friend. Everything was excellent, from the local wine from a small producer to the mushroom-based specials.

A place where you can feel truly safe if you have celiac disease. The owners, having a daughter with celiac disease, pay great attention to cross-contamination: everything is prepared separately and safely, from pizzas to main courses.
The quality of the products is exceptional – honestly, you can't tell the difference from gluten at all!
Reservations are recommended, and especially if you're gluten-free: they almost always have everything available for one or two people, but for larger groups, they prefer to organize themselves to ensure maximum safety.
A place you'll gladly return to, not only for the gluten-free approach, but for the authentic atmosphere and authentic flavor!

Naturalmente i piatti sono molto particolari tutti interessanti e curati nell'aspetto, con prodotti di qualità.
Un'ottima esperienza da ripete a presto.

16/06/2025: Unfortunately, civility is not part of their values.
Every year, to advertise their events, they paste dozens and dozens of posters on private walls, on trees, on street poles, on overpasses in an absolutely abusive manner and without any qualms. Being a pro-loco also means respecting the place where you operate and not letting paper and plastic end up polluting the streets even more.
