Welcomed by the owner, a truly friendly and knowledgeable person who briefly told the history of the place and the origin of the raw materials used in the kitchen; all 0 km products and homemade pasta.
Competent and helpful staff.
They served hand-rolled breadsticks in an original composition, in a vase.
I highly recommend trying their pasta, in particular the so-called hemp hay pasta (it has nothing to do with cannabis) and personally I tried the canapine ceciliani with pepper cream and bread crumble flavored with anchovies and canepina hay with hemp flour, white ragù, fennel flower and chopped hazelnuts...amazing.
The restaurant has received many culinary awards including Slow Food and has also appeared on television programs.

03/11/2023: Very kind and well equipped they distributed brochures for the chestnut festival and for the occasion they also set up a gazebo in Piazza Municipio, the organized guided tour was excellent.
22/10/2023: Congratulations 💯 everything was beautiful and super organised, we were there today and will be back next week....the grottos open to taste your menu are truly spectacular

02/07/2024: Went to Ferragoste with our Italian family there. Unfortunately the menu was not good and too expensive, long waiting times
09/06/2024: It would have been such a lovely evening if the restaurant had not sat us next to a room where there was a loud teenaged party happening, complete with a DJ and PUMPING bass from giant stereo speakers. Everyone in the main dining area was disturbed. Anziani with hearing aids turning around and craning their necks to see where the infernal noise was coming from. It was so loud and such an inappropriate setting for such a party. It was our first and last visit.

13/07/2024: Il vero significato del mangiare bene e pagare poco.
Scoperto per caso grazie a The Fork in questa trattoria abbiamo mangiato piatti davvero gustosi. Le tagliatelle di castagne alla griglia sono qualcosa di sublime per non parlare dello spezzatino con prugne e castagne.
Ci torneremo tutte le volte che potremo.

03/03/2024: Esperienza molto positiva, oltre ad un ambiente molto curato e accativante si deve segnalare la professionalità e la disponibilità del personale.
Naturalmente i piatti sono molto particolari tutti interessanti e curati nell'aspetto, con prodotti di qualità.
Un'ottima esperienza da ripete a presto.
