La Torretta
Blera
28/02/2026: A true osteria in Blera.
During the three villages walk, we had dinner at this osteria.
Hospitality, courtesy, and a lamb dish that was out of this world. Highly recommended.
24/02/2026: Everything was excellent, from the appetizer to the first course, to the second course, all cooked as they once were: flavors that are hard to find. Compliments. Highly recommend.

I do Pizza
Blera
10/08/2025: This small, very simple restaurant is a little gem.
The view is fantastic, the owners and service are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and not to mention the pizzas are delicious.
Full marks for everything.
But please don't expect a Michelin-starred restaurant.
It's just like the country here, wonderfully welcoming.
09/08/2025: Believe it or not, this is the best pizza I've ever eaten.

Cantina Da Pappetta Se Pappa
Blera
02/12/2025: Very nice. Simple but good food.
19/11/2025: There were two of us out on our motorcycles. We called, and they checked before offering availability. It's traditional home cooking that emphasizes quality and flavor. The menu is limited because, I asked, it depends on the ingredients available, and the restaurant can't accommodate many people. Its location feels like a step back in time, and for me, with my mother's family from the Viterbo area and great cooks, it feels like a step back in time to flavors that have almost disappeared. The person serving is also the manager (perhaps the owner?) and is very kind in providing information.
Excellent value for money.

Pizzeria Doppio Zero
Blera
30/03/2026: excellent fried food, pizza with a high crust, very good and digestible
22/03/2026: I went for dinner on Saturday for the first time. I'm celiac, which is why I chose this place. The gluten-free fried appetizers were poorly cooked, half raw, but tasted nice. The problem was the pizza: the gluten-free dough was good, the ingredients were good, but two ingredients were missing, one without even being notified when ordering. When I raised the issue, they told me that truffles aren't in season, so they didn't add them. That's reasonable, but you have to let the customer know when they order; it's not up to me to know when they're in season or if they can fix it in another way (creams/oils, etc.). It wasn't even mentioned when the waiter came back 20/30 minutes later to say that they had run out of courgette flowers (we sat down at 8pm, so I guess they already knew when I ordered), they asked me to replace it with mushrooms, which I don't like, so I said to leave it as is, they didn't bother to tell me that I would receive a pizza with only guanciale and mozzarella and that in any case they charged me €14 even though the waitress said they would take it off the bill, they discounted €2... (cost including an additional €3 for gluten-free dough)
