02/11/2024: Burnt pizzas! We remembered particular doughs, a disappointment: both gluten-free and normal pizza bases dried out and charred. Low quality and partly missing ingredients (pistachio pizza even had no pistachio cream!). We spent 70/80 euros on pizzas to bring to friends and we also made a terrible impression. I phone the next day and ask what he can do for us given the unpleasant experience (the most burnt ones were even cooked by the owner herself, I remember it well) faced with a total refusal to offer us compensation of any kind I propose a discount for the time next, answer: no idea, we should have returned immediately that same evening! I try to explain that we were invited to dinner with even small children (to feed and put to bed immediately) and that it was impossible for us to call/return the same evening. The owner denied me the discount with extreme arrogance and hung up the phone on me. Embarrassing and unseemly to say the least. A rudeness that leaves you very perplexed. Vetralla's friends where we were guests were equally shocked and disappointed. Unfortunately, this is how your reputation is at stake. I hope that with this review the owner has a change of heart and the decency to contact us again to remedy the situation. In this case we will delete/rewrite a positive review. Mistakes happen to everyone and they can always be fixed. We hope so in this case too.

27/10/2024: Excellent appetizer with fried pizza, also gluten-free
