07/04/2025: In questa location ci sono stato già 3 volte di cui 1 per averla scelta per il nostro fantastico matrimonio. La prima volta è stata per scegliere il menù per il nostro matrimonio, che dire, abbiamo avuto difficoltà a scegliere le pietanze talmente erano buone. Il nostro matrimonio poi, circa 120 persone, è stata una vera e propria favola. Il proprietario Settimio, una grande persona cortese e disponibile, ha curato tutto nei minimi dettagli. Tutti gli invitati sono stati super contenti, cibo di ottima e prima qualità, grande abbondanza. La terza volta poi è stato da poco per andare di nuovo in quel fantastico posto dove ci abbiamo lasciato un pezzo di cuore. Qualità sempre altissima, super abbondanza. Personale gentile e cortese, location super curata. Grazie veramente tanto. Alla prossima.

05/05/2025: Io ci sono stata più volte a pranzo di domenica sfruttando il giorno libero e andando poi alla città che muore un Ristorante Delizioso e UNICO che ti porta indietro nel tempo si mangia benissimo personale gentile e atmosfera unica soprattutto se sei al tavolo dove la finestra da lontano ti fa già vedere l incanto di Civita di bagno regio Sospesa li nelle Vallati un incanto

06/04/2025: Abbiamo preso 4 caffè e abbiamo chiesto di andare in bagno. Ci è stato risposto di utilizzare quelli pubblici a pagamento. È incredibile che in un pubblico esercizio in Italia non ci siano i servizi.

14/10/2024: Posto comodo sulla via principale che porta a Civita, 2 ottime piadine al volo e personale gentilissimo che oltre a fare il proprio mestiere, con gentilezza ci ha consigliato posti belli da visitare nelle zone limitrofe. Consigliatissimo+++++

13/10/2023: This shop is located nearby the parking and in the way to Civita. It is a local bakery with a good food selection. I recommend pizza bianca with mortadella. Best to try in the morning when everything is freshly baked. The crostata with cherry jam was also delicious.

21/10/2025: We stopped at "La Piazzetta" for a quick lunch, tempted by the idea of ​​soups, but the experience was extremely disappointing and unpleasant, to say the least. The Food: Minimal Portions at Exorbitant Prices The main problem is the quality-price ratio and, above all, the quantity. We ordered soups that were listed at a whopping €12 each, a price one would expect from a good restaurant in Civita di Bagnoregio. Instead, we were served two tiny bowls, barely 50% full. You can clearly see from the photos the size of the bowl in relation to the spoon, and you can still see the level of filling, which was undoubtedly also increased by moving the spoon while eating. While reasonably good, the quantity was unacceptable for a first course, almost a joke, and definitely not in line with the price. Furthermore, one of the two dishes was the wrong one: a different legume than the one ordered was served. To accompany our meal, we ordered rosemary focaccia, which was also a sore point: clearly not artisanal, but a commercial product that was improperly reheated, resulting in it being practically cold and hard. The Setting: A Bar/Diner with Restaurant Pretensions La "Piazzetta" presents itself as a bar/diner, not a proper restaurant, but charges high prices. The location is typical, but the place even shares a bathroom (with a huge line!) with the nearby souvenir shop. The interior is cramped, with very few seats, uncomfortable and poorly maintained. The Service: Elusive Staff The staff was elusive and inattentive. The soup mistake and the general service were not commensurate with the price paid. It's unacceptable that, despite all these structural flaws (inconvenient location, lack of attention to the interior), the place doesn't even focus on the quality or quantity of the food. In Conclusion: We strongly advise against this place. €12 for a "sample" of soup in such a mediocre setting is an unjustified price. "La Piazzetta" exploits its location in Civita di Bagnoregio without offering anything remotely acceptable in terms of food, service, or ambiance. A real tourist trap, to be avoided.

07/09/2025: We waited 10 minutes and were repeatedly ignored. 3 of 8 tables were occupied. Then we were sent away by an unfriendly lady because we didn't want to eat at the bar, even though we had ordered four drinks for two people. We ended up having a drink across the street. What a shame! They obviously don't want to make money here, or they don't feel like working.
