09/05/2026: I've been walking past this shop for a long time, but for other reasons I've never managed to stop... I finally did yesterday. It's a clean, family-friendly place. I tried their fresh pasta, which is spectacular!!! The chicken and pepper-filled ravioli
(pulled chicken) are spectacular, and the simple ricotta and lemon ravioli are WOW! Convenient parking, try their dishes.
23/04/2026: Fabulous gnocchi every Thursday. Not only visiting is seeing all the wonderful pasta in the window... it's spectacular.

10/07/2026: I thought I was in Zagarolo, but when I got the bill, I realized I was in Monte Carlo. €60 per person without having consumed anything exceptional, local wine €18 (but in the local shops it costs €8), 5 half slices of bread €12.50, a souté of mussels, almost half of which were sealed (were they fresh?). Brrr, I will never experience the thrill of extra luxury again.
30/06/2026: I had the pleasure of eating at Ristorante Pizzeria Il Giardino in Zagarolo (Rome), and the experience was truly positive.
The location, open since 1931, is spacious and well-maintained, spread over two levels. The rooms are easily accessible by elevator, or you can access them directly from the historic center. The ample parking is also very convenient. The rooms are tastefully furnished, clean, and tidy, while the garden is truly beautiful and well-kept.
The pizza is typical Roman, thin but not crunchy, well-seasoned, and full of flavor. I highly recommend the boscaiola. The restaurant's homemade sausages and supplì are also excellent: authentic, just like the ones they used to be.
The first courses and meat dishes are also worth trying. A special recommendation goes to the tordomatto, a typical Zagarolo dish that is absolutely worth trying.
A place I happily recommend to anyone looking for good cuisine, tradition, and a welcoming atmosphere.

01/10/2025: You will understand that I passed by years ago... I was satisfied with everything. If I were to pass through the area I would stop again with great pleasure. Comfortable, simple, suggestive atmosphere. Helpful and friendly staff, practical service, traditional dishes with a touch of renewal. Fair price. Excellent quality.

27/03/2026: A lovely pizzeria, serving delicious classic and delicious pizzas. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. If you're passing through or a local, stopping by is highly recommended. On Fridays, you'll find delicious wood-fired porchetta (from Ariccia, of course) served on pizza—a truly amazing combination. Don't forget the excellent fried foods and wide selection of drinks.

My parents and I have been there several times and have had very pleasant evenings. The staff is very kind and polite. The food is excellent, and I'm celiac, so the gluten-free pizza is also very good.
The service is also fast.
I recommend it!!!

The owner is professional and helpful, and the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. The food is delicious and varied. It's a place suitable for everyone, from families and friends to business dinners, where you can enjoy a delicious meal in a very welcoming and clean setting. I recommend it because it's a real gem in the area. Both the pizza and the meat are delicious, and they also offer gluten-free options, which isn't a given. I'll definitely be coming back again.

28/03/2026: Nice place! We had a carbonara and some burgers, and desserts. Everything was very good.
Nice place. Very young. Perhaps less so for families.
What wasn't so good was the service; it was very slow. We had asked for fries as an appetizer, but they arrived after half an hour, so we had to ask for them. We then ordered the burgers and fries. We waited half an hour for the burgers and another half an hour for the fries. There were a lot of people there, but even among them (the waitresses) they were very distracted. And they had also ordered their dinner.
Perhaps, as I said, less for families and more for young people.

08/12/2025: While looking for some Christmas gifts at the next-door store, "PotereNerd," we tried the pizzeria on the corner. It was a pleasant discovery! I'll start with the supplí, which I absolutely adore: they didn't have that overly salty flavor typical of pre-fried products, and in fact they're homemade. The pepper ones were also good, with the distinct flavor of the spice. The pizza, crunchy on the base and with just the right amount of toppings, didn't bother my palate. I'm not a particularly refined palate, but often when they use mixes, it burns. In this case, I didn't have any problems, so I'd say the dough was made with water, flour, and yeast, which isn't always a given. The red pizza was superb. What can I say? If you're in the area, it's worth a try.
15/10/2025: I ordered a 4-cheese pizza and a Margherita, both really delicious! They arrived hot and in perfect condition. The delivery service was prompt and very convenient. Recommended! 🍕

Malti e impasti-Pizzeria

11/07/2026: The pizzas arrived cold, and I paid €11 for a bufala (I'm attaching a photo, so tell me if this is a pizza).
Photos on Facebook show Neapolitan pizza with a nice thick crust, but here the crust was nonexistent. I was very disappointed.
05/06/2026: It's a shame the pizza doesn't look like the picture, I'm disappointed.
