06/08/2026: A historic restaurant where substance is the focus, not image. Simple decor and courteous, yet unfussy, service. The food takes center stage. Excellent traditional menu and a wide selection of pizzas.
23/07/2026: Dinner with friends and family, a warm July evening, but magically a pleasant breeze kept me company. I'll start by saying that giving opinions on food is a strictly personal matter, depending on your taste, your expectations for the dish, and a lot of luck (or bad luck) in the chef's lucky star. I started with the mutton arrosticini, delicious, and I won't say anything else. The classic supplì are obviously artisanal. My supplì was undercooked, the mozzarella was a bit firm and lukewarm, and the sauce didn't enhance my taste—I was probably just unlucky. The boscaiola pizza was cooked perfectly, with plenty of toppings, but the dough was a bit too biscuity. This is obviously my personal opinion and taste. The atmosphere was quiet and the service was honest, and the owner was kind and friendly.

16/11/2025: Met by chance thanks to social media, last night we had a sensory experience with 2 pizzas, one better than the other, artichoke and Trentino (potatoes and caramelized onion). What can I say? Top... we'll be back this time by choice ❤️

12/05/2025: Abbiamo cenato a Terrazza Monti,con la mia famiglia, per festeggiare i 40 anni di mia sorella. È stata una serata perfetta. Nulla è stato lasciato al caso. Avevano riservato per noi un tavolo con una piacevole vista, l'Altare della Patria sullo sfondo e intorno a noi Roma. I ragazzi dello staff che ci hanno accolto sono stati cortesi, professionali, e gentilissimi. Abbiamo potuto degustare, scegliendo direttamente dal Menù alla carta, portate che definire sublimi è riduttivo, oltre ogni possibile aspettativa, spaziando dai primi più ricercati come le linguine all'Astice Rosso, fino a toccare i piatti della tradizione romana: un'Amatriciana da 5 stelle. Tutto è stato curato, impiattato e servito con la massima attenzione. Per l'occasione hanno fatto preparare per noi anche una torta di compleanno che ci ha lasciato senza parole sia per l'estetica che per i sapori. Un ringraziamento speciale vorrei farlo all'Executive Chef Marco S. di Terrazza Monti che ci ha aiutato a rendere possibile questa indimenticabile serata,a tutto il suo staff e allo Chef Carmine. Non è stata una semplice cena...ma un'esperienza da ricordare.

Comida muito boa, bem confecionada e saborosa.
