02/11/2023: I absolutely do not recommend the Lo Stagnone restaurant. During my recent visit, I had an extremely disappointing experience. I ordered a seafood crudité appetizer, a single small oyster and I found myself faced with a disappointing dish. Additionally, the shrimp had not been gutted properly, creating an unpleasant eating experience. The broad beans were bland and the predominant flavor was only that of mint, making the dish monotonous and unappealing. Furthermore, the food was lukewarm, demonstrating little care for the presentation and temperature of the dishes. But what made the experience even worse was the attitude of the arrogant owner of the restaurant. When I expressed my opinion regarding the food, she was very rude and showed no willingness to listen or address the situation in a professional manner. A lack of respect towards customers and their dining experience is unacceptable. Therefore, I can only strongly advise against Lo Stagnone restaurant. There are certainly many other better options in the city to explore.
