05/04/2024: Place with good potential, shame about the staff and service... IMPOSSIBLE TO PAY WITH THE POS. Huge difference between what you order and what they then bring to the table like: we ordered a mix of bruschetta but they only arrived with tomato. I repeat, great potential for pesto.

01/04/2024: We went to this restaurant on Easter Monday, unfortunately by exclusion, given that all the other restaurants were full. We are greeted at the entrance by the "ATM not working" sign (I then read from other comments that it has been like this for a lifetime). We order a mixed bruschetta, a slice with tomato and one with mushrooms and we receive two plates of bruschetta only with tomato because we were told that on holidays we have to adapt (which we will then pay 10 euros for). Appetizer of mixed cheeses over which it is better to spread a compassionate veil and take a minute of contemplation for the 2 olives with a flavor that is an understatement to say is extravagant. The other 2 first courses are modest in quantity and shape. We had read that the waiters were not the most friendly and we had this confirmed. One, in appearance, reminded us of Jimmy the Phenomenon. Exaggerated account. Never again !

05/02/2024: I'm sorry I don't have photos of the dishes to support. 4 of us arrive in this place without a menu or price list with finished stuffed animals and cobwebs scattered here and there. The nauseating smell of vinegar should have made us stop sitting down, but it was late and it was the 5th place where we asked for availability and we should have understood why it was empty. We order the appetizer without the possibility of choosing anything else as an alternative, cured meats and vegetables, consisting of: A boiled potato cut as best as possible with some parsley, some mushrooms drained from the tin, a quarter of a pepper and two slices of aubergines, two mozzarella cherries and two Piccadilly cherry tomatoes, and slices of ham, salami and capocollo at random, all this for 4 people, for the beauty of €48! Product cost may not reach €7! We complete the meal with 4 plates of pasta with sauce (it had been sold as pasta with wild boar ragù) another €48! The bread is actually for the cover charge, so €2 per person is fine and let's say ok for a sort of half liter of house wine and two bottles of water. At the time of payment at the checkout the POS was coincidentally out of service so we had to pay in cash but I requested at least the receipt to be able to report at least this in the review. If you asked Cannavaccuolo to participate in nightmare kitchens you would be selected without a shadow of a doubt. NEVER EVER THROW YOURSELF INTO A “PLACE” WITHOUT READING THE REVIEWS AGAIN.

04/11/2023: We came across this restaurant by chance and were not satisfied. Let's start by saying that everything was clearly packaged. The appetizers tasteless and scarce, the first courses with already prepared condiments and packaged pasta. Prices definitely too high!!

03/04/2024: Lasagna was frozen and microwaved right in front of us. Bottom of the lasagna was raw and portions were minuscule. Carbonara sauce was watery and there was uncooked pasta. Left hungry and disappointed.

03/04/2024: had raw pasta but still have to pay for the full price… portion was really really small. microwaved food. you are better off eating from supermarket at a third of the price. well, at least the food was edible, else it’ll be a zero star
