I've had the pleasure of visiting Paneria in Lariano several times over the years, and I always return with great pleasure, confirming the consistent quality of their service and products.
The interior is very refined, the exterior a little less so... The entrance is dominated by the display counter, with a rich variety of artisanal breads and desserts.
In my opinion, Paneria's strength lies in its attention to leavening. The pizza is thin and crunchy, as per Roman tradition, soft with a high crust, Neapolitan style, always light and highly digestible. The toppings are fresh and high-quality. The staff is professional, kind, and attentive to their customers.
Paneria is a guarantee in Lariano; its consistency in excellence makes it a must-visit for those seeking the best.

09/08/2025: We had dinner at this restaurant, where we had amatriciana, carbonara, spaghetti with clams, and veal cutlet with mushrooms. Everything was delicious and plentiful. There's both an indoor and outdoor dining area, where we dined in the garden.
20/06/2025: I have spent many evenings in this restaurant, and every time I go the main course of porcini mushrooms never disappoints me!!

07/09/2025: The "Premiata Trattoria Prati" served dishes at the Porcini Mushroom Festival. Today, September 6, 2025, I left Rome with the intention of tasting the polenta with porcini and pachino mushrooms and a plate of roasted porcini mushrooms. I believe they wanted to take advantage of the opportunity to make as much money as possible, losing sight of the fact that they were representing a country and a community... You disrespected your guests with the dishes you prepared.
The lowest point was the roasted porcini mushrooms; besides being terrible, you had the nerve to season them with seed oil. I'm very sorry for you, it's a disgrace. I'm putting my name on this review, you're losing face. Never again.
I'm sorry I didn't take a photo... but you take a photo of a dish when you're inspired, not when you're disappointed at this level.
01/09/2025: I wanted to give it more options, but I'm not entirely convinced. The meat is very fatty... The pizza contains liters of oil and is heavy... A large pizza is fine, but only if you haven't eaten for a month and a half... The dry fettuccine... Bah... Years ago, I thought it was better...

Welcoming. The food was excellent!
Both the starters and the pinsa.
The mushrooms...? Fantastic.
And then the friendly staff.
Recommended.
06/09/2025: Not recommended, to say that we ate badly is an understatement, the cut seemed defrosted and reheated since it was hot on the outside and cold on the inside, also of a white color, so much so that it made me feel nauseous and, moreover, I kindly reported this anomaly to the staff, because the fact was obvious and instead of apologizing to me, since I was the customer, he told the other customers that I was making a scene and took the meat to show me, I worked for many years in a restaurant and I'm sorry but this is certainly not the approach to adopt, obviously we paid the bill regularly.

28/07/2025: A small place where you can also enjoy homemade first courses....Excellent gricia and cacio e pepe...don't miss the steak with sautéed chicory...not to mention the exceptional Roman-style pizza but with Neapolitan-style dough...the Neapolitan owner and his wife are friendly and welcoming...fast, clean and affordable...highly recommended.

23/09/2025: Never again.. Don't go to this place!! We booked a table on the day of the neighborhood party!! We sat down at 8:45 pm, 8 people including 3 children.. At 9:30 pm the drinks arrived.. Then 1 tray of mixed pizza that we didn't order and anyway because of hunger it was eaten after that!!!!!! Nothing until 10:50 pm the waitress continuously owed us pizza and it was still cooking.. Tons of people left the tables angry.. At 11 pm we got up to go and pay even though there was nothing to pay to go and get a sandwich and practically the owner almost threatened us saying the pizza is in the oven if you don't eat it I'll make you pay for it!! At this point, to avoid fights we sat down and at 11:20 pm 2 trays of practically disgusting pizza arrived to say the least.. We went to pay and the owner had the nerve to charge 10 euros per person for nothing!! We paid and left, promising to give good publicity to the place.
01/06/2025: I went out of curiosity! Unfortunately the fried ones didn't satisfy me, they seemed frozen, the pizza like this didn't satisfy me. The bill wasn't adequate!
