I've had the pleasure of visiting Paneria in Lariano several times over the years, and I always return with great pleasure, confirming the consistent quality of their service and products.
The interior is very refined, the exterior a little less so... The entrance is dominated by the display counter, with a rich variety of artisanal breads and desserts.
In my opinion, Paneria's strength lies in its attention to leavening. The pizza is thin and crunchy, as per Roman tradition, soft with a high crust, Neapolitan style, always light and highly digestible. The toppings are fresh and high-quality. The staff is professional, kind, and attentive to their customers.
Paneria is a guarantee in Lariano; its consistency in excellence makes it a must-visit for those seeking the best.

Welcoming. The food was excellent!
Both the starters and the pinsa.
The mushrooms...? Fantastic.
And then the friendly staff.

06/09/2025: Not recommended, to say that we ate badly is an understatement, the cut seemed defrosted and reheated since it was hot on the outside and cold on the inside, also of a white color, so much so that it made me feel nauseous and, moreover, I kindly reported this anomaly to the staff, because the fact was obvious and instead of apologizing to me, since I was the customer, he told the other customers that I was making a scene and took the meat to show me, I worked for many years in a restaurant and I'm sorry but this is certainly not the approach to adopt, obviously we paid the bill regularly.

28/07/2025: A small place where you can also enjoy homemade first courses....Excellent gricia and cacio e pepe...don't miss the steak with sautéed chicory...not to mention the exceptional Roman-style pizza but with Neapolitan-style dough...the Neapolitan owner and his wife are friendly and welcoming...fast, clean and affordable...highly recommended.

01/10/2025: La Quercia is one of our trusted restaurants. Antonella is a guarantee, as are her dishes: delicious, beautiful to look at, and generous. In addition to lunches and dinners, we've organized a baptism and other events in the past. Antonella always sits down to chat and help choose a menu tailored to the event and your personal tastes. The cake they made is also truly excellent, completing our review of the various menus we've tried. The restaurant's style is distinctive, with varied elements (a beautiful piano) and thoughtful touches that work well together. There's also a covered outdoor area, which has been available for some time, but we preferred to hold our event in the main room. Parking is available upon entering the restaurant from the small square by the roundabout. Antonella, like one of the family.

28/10/2025: Obviously, I'll never set foot in there again, and I'll make sure my company colleagues don't go there either: two appetizers (two plates with cold cuts from who knows what supermarket, with two small mozzarella balls and four olives), a veal cutlet with some mushrooms on top, two slices of chicken with some mushrooms on top, definitely not Italian, house wine and water = €68.
Obviously, these people see people who aren't local coming and think they can screw them.
Yeah, but you only screw the donkey once.
This isn't how you behave, and above all, the quality is mediocre and the service is so sloppy. Anyway, rest assured, I personally won't set foot in there again... Good luck, keep it up until the next time, and I hope it closes down quickly.
09/08/2025: We had dinner at this restaurant, where we had amatriciana, carbonara, spaghetti with clams, and veal cutlet with mushrooms. Everything was delicious and plentiful. There's both an indoor and outdoor dining area, where we dined in the garden.

28/10/2025: Extremely high prices. Cold atmosphere, unprofessional waitress staff. As soon as we walked in, she was leaning against the counter chatting. She made a mistake with her order, "and didn't even get it," for two simple coffees and water. I preferred it years ago under the old management. A more welcoming atmosphere and excellent pastries.
