10/05/2024: Happened upon this little restaurant since we are flying out of Ciampino tomorrow. The food is excellent! Started with the scamorza with truffles and honey, then we both had pasta and grilled veggies. Our server was lovely, too. Highly recommend!

I appreciated Luigi's ability to adapt and satisfy any of my requests and needs. This versatility is truly unique and makes the perfect venue for any type of celebration. Impeccable service: The staff was courteous, professional and attentive. Every detail was taken care of with precision, and I felt I was truly pampered throughout the experience. The cuisine is a true riot of flavours. I savored delicious dishes, prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Their attention to food provenance and sustainability is admirable. The environment is a perfect mix of elegance and warmth. I immediately felt at ease and was able to fully enjoy the day. In summary, Cesarino la Perla is a hidden jewel between Marino and Ciampino. If you are looking for a restaurant for a ceremony or special event, I highly recommend you visit it. You will not regret it

25/03/2024: Excellent restaurant a stone's throw from my house. Discovered by chance while returning from a trip to the mountains. Convenient parking in front of the entrance with many free spaces, very bright room with light wood furnishings, similar to a mountain hut. Comfortable seats and complete equipment. Very fast and very professional table service. The starters were excellent, traditional and plentiful. The first courses are excellent, ranging from the classic tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms to the traditional pastas of Roman cuisine (carbonara, cacio e pepe, tortelli). Excellent grill with veal, beef, chicken, kebabs and sausages accompanied by side dishes. Another peculiarity of the restaurant are the pizzas cooked according to tradition in a highly efficient wood-fired oven. The desserts are varied and very well made, all handcrafted. The lemon sorbet is good. Finally, it is worth mentioning the possibility of having lunch on Sundays and holidays with a fixed price menu, which is truly very convenient in relation to the quantity and quality of the food offered. Therefore very suitable for business lunches, romantic dinners for two, and why not, very long tables with family members or students at the end of the year. I recommend it and will return.

17/03/2024: Given that getting to Stazione Birra is already a challenge (at least for those who don't move from southern Rome) and that, once you arrive, you find the car park full, so you also take that extra walk that you don't like, finally You enter with peace of mind that you have made your reservation for a fairly popular evening with live music. For entry they ask you for a whopping €15 - without any drinks included - and not only that! They also tell you that your reservation does not require you to have a table. Bizarre. So what would I have booked? The answer is “the ticket”. Even more bizarre. Yet I had received a WhatsApp message confirming my reservation for the "event". The next day I go to review the confirmation email but it confirmed a "table"! The moral is that there were 4 of us standing all evening - even if we had fun dancing afterwards, eh - without having a point of support, considering that one of us has difficulty standing for too long. It doesn't seem correct to me, at all. Nice place, certainly, but thank goodness we didn't have dinner, given that the reviews on the food and prices are not encouraging. That would have been even more frustrating. They won't see me there again for sure.

23/03/2024: Very good pizza, moderate prices, my 4 cheeses were flattened with a little too much flour... But the other top desserts of my friends to avoid, I will definitely be back to eat a good pizza

02/04/2024: Alice Pizza is a format that works. The pizza is averagely good. The staff were courteous and helpful. If you want pizza and don't want to take risks, go to Alice Pizza.

05/04/2024: Maybe it was because the expectations were very high, but I was disappointed. Red pizza with frankfurters was so full of liquid sauce/gravy that the frankfurters couldn't be seen. Margherita a little burnt and perhaps a little too "liquid". Prices a little higher than average. Positive notes: large parking nearby, fast service.

25/03/2024: Locale un po rumoroso ma come pizza è davvero molto buona, buoni anche fritti e dolce con un prezzo davvero ottimo di gran lunga migliore delle pizzerie che offrono una pizza della medesima qualità. Torneró sicuramente.
