06/11/2024: Scrivo questa recensione dopo un pò di tempo dal pranzo del 21 settembre malgrado avrei voluto farlo prima, ma ho preferito far sbollire la rabbia. Arriviamo intorno alle 12,45 per un compleanno in famiglia, eravamo in 12. Facciamo le ordinazioni, ma c'è un malinteso per gli antipasti, ma questo può succedere. Portano i primi, tutti molto insapori e per alcune pietanze erano anche stracotte. Lo facciamo notare al proprietario, che candidamente ci dice che effettivamente non era stato messo il sale nel bollitore, senza per altro fare nulla per rimediare. Arrivano i secondi, niente di che. Avevamo portato noi la torta e per il disturbo, ci ha fatto pagare 2 euro a persona per la sporzionatura; paghiamo direttamente al proprietario, per non gravare sul totale di chi avrebbe saldato il costo del pranzo. Chiediamo il conto e qui hanno dato il meglio; ci vediamo addebitate 5 bottiglie di vino, facciamo le dovute rimostranze e chiamando in causa il cammeriere, dice al proprietario che erano 3 le bottiglie servite. Tutto questo dopo l'emissione del conto. Ci viene restituita in contante la differenza, ma dopo attento esame, vediamo che era stato messo in conto anche la sporzionatura della torta che era stata pagata in precedenza........ Restituito il maltolto, ce ne andiamo. Non so come definire un comportamento del genere, dopo che il proprietario aveva ammesso che i primi piatti erano stati cannati. Pranzo di compleanno rovinato. Spero che il proprietaro legga la recensione, e che dica se c'è una sola cosa di quelle elencate che non sia la pura verità sull'accaduto. Mai più in questo ristorante!!!!!!

12/12/2024: I came here with my family without knowing what I was gonna eat for dinner, but as soon as we walked in we knew we had to try their meat selection. We started with a shared plate of cold meats and cheeses along side with 'trippa alla romana' . Then me and my brother split a Costata which was about 1.2kg and my parents took one 'tagliata di manzo' and one 'grigliata mista'. We had a side of 'cicoria ripassata' and oven roasted potatoes which were alright nothing special. But the meat was rich in flavour and cooked perfectly. I also had to try the 'fegatelli' from my father because he does not like them, I do not know why because they were amazing. We finished the dinner with a tiramisù and 'visciole and ricotta crostata'. Very well balanced desserts. The cherry on the top is the hospitality of the owner who is gentle and very friendly. Definitely recommended!
