07/02/2025: Nice place, good food, but the service... terrible.
While we all still had to enter, from the back of the room, we were asked what we wanted to drink.
They didn't bring us the menu and from the way they presented themselves, they took it for granted that we knew what was there.
The tray of appetizers (which arrived without any bread on the table), was taken away from us while there was still food on it and the waiter, to be quick, served what was left in the tray on the plates of my fellow diners as he pleased, took away the same tray, with still some cheese, returning it later on a plate.
We asked for two gnocchi with ragù and two fettuccine with wild boar, they reversed the condiments.
While we were eating, the waiters came to remove the plates, in short, I found them very rude and for this reason, I don't think I will go back.
I'm sorry because the location is very, very nice and the food is good.

27/01/2025: Everything was really excellent, the real farmhouse as it should be, hospitality, availability and above all food of the highest quality, to leave its mark. We will probably be back very soon..

Pranzo spettacolare con prodotti tutti km0 e lo dico perché mangio con i prodotti fatti in casa..
Tutto veramente ottimo, accoglienza familiare e gestori gentilissimi e disponibili per qualsiasi esigenza..
L’unica pecca un pezzo di strada che andrebbe un po’ sistemata..
Torneremo presto..

Pernotto e pranzo del giorno dopo. Completamente immersa in un bosco, al confine tra Lazio e Umbria, la struttura è di bell'aspetto, curata e accogliente.
Abbiamo soggiornato una notte e ci siamo trattenuti x il pranzo del giorno dopo.
Il pernotto in una soluzione che ha il sapore della calda accoglienza, dove nulla è lasciato al caso.
Menu del pranzo ben studiato, genuino, equilibrato, come la carta dei vini, con il tartufo che la fa da padrone.
Offerta arricchita da pacchetti personalizzabili, a cominciare dal giro in tartufaia.
Passione e amore x la terra e x il proprio lavoro rappresentano senz'altro il valore aggiunto di Marta e Claudio, gentili e disponibili, attenti a tutto.
Atmosfera rilassante e pulizia accurata.
Gli Amici a 4 zampe trovano spazi e compagnie da sogno.

06/10/2024: Posto perfetto per una esperienza singolare ed originale, viaggio nel bosco alla scoperta del tartufo accompagnati dal sapiente Claudio, padrone di casa, per terminare poi con una seduta a tavola di tutto rispetto, materie prime cucinate con passione e dovizia, accoglienza e simpatia sono state le cornici di questa esperienza unica! Con si glia to!!
