15/08/2024: Con mia moglie e la nostra cagnolina abbiamo passato in questo stupendo agriturismo 3 giorni da sogno. Posto incantato immerso nel verde dove i teneri cocker e Thor (bracco tedesco) fanno da cornice ad un'atmosfera di poesia e di pace. Claudio, suo papà e la moglie Marta sono simpatici, gentili ed accoglienti. Abbiamo provato la truffle experience dove Claudio e i suoi cocker inglesi ci hanno fatto scoprire l'affascinante mondo della ricerca del tartufo. Abbiamo anche potuto gustare un pranzo e una cena con piatti buonissimi a base di tartufo. Soprattutto la tartare di chianina con il gelato al tartufo ci ha lasciato senza parole. L'appartamento dove soggiornare è bellissimo e completo di tutti i comfort inclusa vasca idromassaggio all'esterno. Ci sono poi varie chicche come l'orto curato dal papà di Claudio che è anche a disposizione degli ospiti e il bosco sottostante dove poter fare bellissime passegiate. Torneremo sicuramente in questo posto magico!

04/09/2024: First of all, you can't call it agri tourism. That is simply an overpriced dinner at a hacienda. They don't explain to you how animals are created, nor do they teach you anything. We have arrived before and they showed us where the path was and they didn't tell us anything else. The food was not bad, but we expected that since it was fresh products from the farm they would offer us something much better. The tomato, for example, was green, and did not have much taste. We liked the meat quite a bit but everything else is really not worth that price, it is a tourist trap. For 120 euros per couple you can eat better in any other restaurant on the island. I do not recommend in any way.

29/08/2024: You won't find many other experiences this traditional and indigenous. The food was all tasty and the taste spoke for itself underlining the own production. The service was impeccable and very personalized in the sense that the waitresses paid a lot of attention to detail but in a warm and engaging way. The environment itself is an experience to be had. The road is what it is and the phone takes little, (but they also have defects 🤣). Certainly these two aspects, which may seem negative, are in reality an integral part of a Sardinian reality which is experienced from the outward journey to the return journey.

21/07/2024: From Dario? true gastronomic heart of Sabina; traditional dishes, real meat on site. Classic first courses, fettuccine, maltagliate.... with strong sauces with flavors that do not allow second thoughts and I forgot the very typical appetizers: sausages, chicory, beans, pork rinds, pecorino cheeses and so on... grilled meat. Hurray Hurray for perhaps obvious eating, but a true immersion in quality local flavours
