13/12/2024: Excellent quality restaurant, both in the stone location with huge open fireplace and in the dishes. Excellent appetizers with typical cured meats, the hand-cut raw ham is FABULOUS! Truffle first courses are a guarantee!

09/01/2025: Excellent welcome, simple and excellent discreet style. Apartment always very clean and well equipped with heating always on. Panoramic view of the mountains. The location is exceptional, on the side of the town which can be reached on foot in just 2 minutes. Campo Stella for the first lift can be reached in 25 minutes, it takes a little longer to reach Mount Terminillo. Suitable for families or even groups of any age for a decidedly quiet and intimate holiday, certainly for nature lovers. Only for breakfast I would invite a more varied and complete service, everyone at their table only found biscuits, jam and a croissant type.

05/01/2025: We had lunch at this restaurant last August. There were 4 of us, and recommended by the waiter, we started by taking the house appetizer; this consisted of a small plate each including 1 slice of loin, 1 slice of ham, 3 slices of salami, a piece of cheese, 1 small mozzarella and a taste of giblets. The appetizer was poor and very ordinary, especially the cured meats seemed to have just come out of the supermarket bag. Next we took 2 tagliolini with truffle, 1 amatriciana and 1 fettuccine with porcini mushrooms. Very small portions, the amatriciana and the fettuccine were nothing special, the tagliolini with truffle instead, were a real insult to both the tagliolini and the truffle! The pasta was anything but homemade (they passed it off as such), the truffle didn't even have the slightest hint of truffle flavor, everything was "drowned" in a colorless broth that we hoped was the cooking water. Only one of us had a second course of meat, roast lamb, which wasn't great, undercooked, dry and stringy. The rest of us only had two portions of baked potatoes. Here we decided to put an end to this nightmare lunch. To drink, no wine, but 2 large Coca Cola, 2 mineral waters and 3 coffees. The service was terrible, for every order we always had to call the waiter ourselves, often getting up from the table to go and look for him. I would like to point out that, despite it being high season, the room was practically empty, there were only 4 tables to serve... Last but not least, the bill: 150 euros... In addition to the fact that it was a horrible experience, I was annoyed to make a bad impression on two friends who had come to visit me in Leonessa from Rome. What can I say, I will NEVER set foot there AGAIN obviously, and if I may give my advice, stay away!

03/08/2024: Nice pub, with outdoor tables and kitchen service until late in the evening. Good choice of beers, average food. Friendly and approachable service.

23/09/2024: Found what I was looking for... good food... friendly and quick service... In short, an old-time trattoria... perhaps the environment needs to be retouched and... I'm counting on everything else... well done
