09/08/2025: A cozy restaurant on the main square with an outdoor veranda. For three of us, we ordered two plates of maltagliati with porcini mushrooms (€12 each), one of fettuccine with ragù (€10), one plate of arrosticini (eight pieces, €12), two plates of grilled vegetables (€6 each), a half-liter of house red wine (€6), and a bottle of still water. Instead of bread, they served an excellent, warm, rosemary pizza bianca, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Total price: €65. Definitely worth a try!
09/08/2025: The restaurant is simply furnished, very welcoming and pleasant, and has air conditioning inside.
We ordered two first courses, the portions were very generous and one dish could easily have fed two people. The cannelloni alla francescana were very good, and the maltagliati alla montanara were equally good 👍🏻👍🏻😋😋😋
For the second course, we had a portion of lamb cacciatore, truly delicious, with sautéed chicory as a side dish (the portion was more than adequate in this dish too). Only the baked potatoes didn't blow me away, but that didn't ruin our lunch 😆😁
And to finish, a delicious tiramisu.
The lady who served us was very kind and attentive, and I want to thank everyone because, despite our late arrival, they allowed us to have lunch, and everyone was very courteous.
So, two generous first courses, a second course, two side dishes, a tiramisu, a can of Coke, and a liter of water, for a total of €60.
We'll be happy to come back 👍🏻😊

As for quality, quantity, and price, I can only say excellent. Compliments.
One last thing, for those who book a table: try to book upstairs. I booked. Three seats and I found myself in a hole with no windows. It was almost impossible to breathe. If you want to have a gladiator's prison experience under the Colosseum, you can book with confidence.
As I said, the food and the show were great, and I'll definitely be back, specializing in something other than the tub.
Next time, Il Nido del Corvo.
23/07/2025: A quaint place, a room full of objects and furnishings waiting to be discovered. The food and wine are delicious, and the service is fast and attentive. Recommended!

Excellent food from appetizers, first and second courses and equal price excellent that you don't find around and kind staff!!! I would say the Hostaria is beautiful just like it used to be!!! 26/06/2025: The restaurant is small but nice, it has a nice atmosphere, the food is very good .... The problem is the slowness of the service .... It is true that we arrived with a group of 30 people without warning but waiting 3 hours to be able to eat the first course seems a bit much to me .... The staff is kind but very nervous .... In summary excellent for going in max 4, I do not recommend it for groups ...

Excellent food and Montepulciano wine (try the pizzicotti alla sabina).
Applause to the manager who cares a lot about his work taking great care
of the quality of his dishes.
A piece of advice...at the end of lunch or dinner, don't leave leftovers on the plates....the manager could take it badly...I'm joking, it's an anecdote so that he himself can "recognize us" by reading the review.

30/12/2023: Ho avuto finalmente dopo 4 anni il piacere di Alloggiare in questa bellissima Struttura Alberghiera di fronte alla Bellissima Piazza di Greccio dove si può visionare un suggestivo paesaggio, che dire tutto perfetto all'Accoglienza dei Titolari al personale gentile e preciso, sempre disponibile,le camere molto pulite e ordinate una vera bellezza Naturale, le camera in manzarda ve le consiglio per la loro particolarità del Tetto e della Visuale suggestiva, la colazione molto precisa e ricca direi, dal dolce al salato in un tocco Parcheggio privato per le auto alle spalle della Struttura che dire tutto molto bello.
Siamo stati Veramente Molto Molto Bene in questa Struttura i Titolari persone veramente squisite Il Signor Paolo con Sua Moglie Patrizia persone molto ospitali e disponibili alle richieste dei clienti.
Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti coloro che vogliono visitare Greccio e passare delle Belle giornate in piena Tranquillità.
Promosso a pienissimi voti secondo la mia Bellissima Esperienza
