27/10/2024: Excellent food, the owner and the waitress are kind, helpful and very professional people... very welcoming and well-kept place, I was able to bring my Pitbull dog and I will never stop being grateful for this possibility which is almost always rejected by other restaurants... thanks again for the final surprise for my birthday

15/10/2024: Really nice place, both for the summer with a well-kept outdoor environment in a not bad garden, and in the winter with an internal area that is not particularly large (so I recommend booking) but refined and well-kept. Wide selection of meats, sandwiches and beers. We ventured on sandwiches and appetizers that were not bad, and very original too! The very kind owner guided us for the best choice of food and beers... very prepared 👏🏼! Costs aren't exactly low, but for the quality of the food it's okay. We will be back for the meat 😎

25/08/2025: A true gem on the beach! The atmosphere is welcoming and informal: you can dine in your swimsuit and relax, but the cuisine is refined and meticulously prepared. The chef is amazing, the ingredients are excellent, and every dish is a delight. Kudos also to the restaurant owner and all the staff, always kind, helpful, and attentive. Perfect for those seeking quality, flavor, and a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere!

23/08/2025: I've been going to this beach for many years. The beach is clean and the restaurant serves excellent food. My grandchildren always want to have lunch when we go.

02/08/2025: Excellent Roman pizza: thin, crispy, dry, and well-topped. The fried foods are excellent; the original kataifi are highly recommended. Friendly staff. An absolutely basic place, inside a residence: You eat on a beautiful lawn with tables and umbrellas, but there are no plates, pizzas are served in boxes, and no restrooms.

03/09/2025: They called asking if we were arriving, and we'd been at the table for 20 minutes. The entrees were brought half an hour apart. I told them not to bring my entree since half an hour had passed, and they brought it the same one, and it was cold. The meat was good, but it arrived an hour later, cooked differently than requested, and after they served us, no one was left in the dining room, so we ate without bread or napkins. In all this, only one table had finished eating...

27/08/2025: Wonderful! We took the opportunity to visit the Fountain of Lucullus and read the story of the legend that gave him his name. The restaurant has been renovated over the years; it was already there almost 40 years ago, obviously different. Today it's a clean wooden structure that fits in with the surrounding environment. The food was truly expertly cooked with exceptional raw ingredients. I had the wild boar pappardelle, which was nothing short of phenomenal; the quail, amazing; and the grilled wild boar. Obviously, it's a tough meat cooked that way, but being high-quality, even if it was hard to chew, it was delicious! The staff was very helpful. We'll be back.

22/08/2025: We were arriving in Sabaudia to visit the town center. On the road, we saw a sign advertising sandwiches and mozzarella, so we stopped for a bite to eat. Upon entering, we were greeted by a young man with a bright, friendly smile. Great! We're off to a good start! Inside, we found a very kind gentleman who let us choose at our leisure, even offering us suggestions for a few appetizers. We ordered two eggplant parmigiana in a puff pastry crust and a lasagna. Then, on the host's recommendation, we added a plate of homemade porchetta and a buffalo mozzarella appetizer. It was all delicious! They also added a fig appetizer with buffalo mozzarella cream: a sublime pairing! We finished with coffee, accompanied by wine-flavored biscuits and a freshly made ciambellone. We'd stopped for a quick sandwich and ended up enjoying a truly mood-boosting meal. We've heard they also light a barbecue in the evening, and we'll definitely try that someday. A place to stop and return to. Highly recommended!!

15/08/2025: A small shop in Sabaudia with a pizza and sandwich counter and a small bar. The bread is very fresh and the sandwiches are well-made. The staff are incredibly welcoming. If you're passing by, it's a must-try! Highly recommended.

28/08/2025: Very nice and promising location, from the photos on Google Maps. But... We called because the restaurant promised vegetarian dishes, and they gave us a list of the dishes over the phone, but within half an hour (the time it took to arrive), they magically sold out. The wait was nearly an hour for different dishes than what we ordered, but they were promptly replaced. The quality wasn't up to par; a portion of Catalan-style prawns contained exactly three pieces! The trio of arancini was actually two arancini and a croquette. Excessively priced, both for the quality and the service provided. Not recommended.

15/08/2025: The passion and expertise this place exudes feels like a journey out of this world. The ancient flavors seem to spring from a magician's recipe; Maestro Peppino, with his measured gestures, seems to prolong the wait, but they are actually subjected to the wood-fired oven and the slow kneading of the dough. If you're used to fast food, this isn't the place for you. The family atmosphere requires its own pace, and the wait is matched by the thrill of the flavors.

06/08/2025: Terrible experience, over an hour of waiting for a simple pizza al pala with a maximum capacity of 40 people. The service was non-existent and poorly organized; the pizza chefs had to bring the pizzas to the tables themselves. I do not recommend this restaurant.

09/08/2025: I wonder what happened to this pizzeria. Disorganized, over an hour in line, and then we left disheartened! But what happened to the man from Rome with his wife and daughters? Now, it's the week of August 15th, and they can't handle the demand... slow and disorganized. They always come out of the kitchen to look at what? They take orders separately in the back kitchen... well... I'm sorry, but you need to rethink your internal organization.

26/06/2025: I hadn't eaten here for at least 8 years, and I must say that I left a better memory than what I found. Sky-high prices, spaghetti with clams (which used to be the best on the coast) tasteless, except for the clams which were beautiful real clams, very good. Good mixed grill, abundant and quality fish. Good fried food, light, as were the chips, a sign of recently changed oil (luck or regular change?!). Terrible service, unprepared or unkind staff, answers given to customers (us, but also to other tables) that could have easily been avoided and given with kindness and education. The upper terrace was being restored, but the terrace below, on the sea is equally wonderful. I left a memory and find another, but I hope we return to the past.

03/08/2025: Location semplice ma accogliente, ottimo il pesce alla griglia Locale dall’aspetto un po’ datato, in stile trattoria, ma comunque accogliente. Il personale è stato gentile e attento durante tutto il servizio. Per quanto riguarda i piatti: le insalate di mare avevano un gusto predominante d’aglio, così come gli gnocchi alla crema di scampi, dove l’aglio copriva un po’ troppo gli altri sapori. La “bistecca” ordinata si è rivelata essere in realtà una fettina di maiale alla piastra. Nota decisamente positiva invece per la spigola arrosto: fresca, ben cotta e davvero buona. Torneremo sicuramente per gustare altri piatti di pesce alla griglia, che ci sembrano il vero punto di forza del locale.

06/08/2025: Tonight (and it's not my first time here), I had an excellent pizza. The waitress was very kind and professional (she even checked to make sure I didn't have any food intolerances) since I hadn't asked for oil on the pizza. The service was excellent and the price was fair. Congratulations.

11/07/2025: We are two guys from Rome on a mini vacation for a while and I wanted to eat a pizza like this..."WELL MADE" .. . GOOD... very good light dough... we ended up ordering three and there were two of us... one white and two red ones because the tomato used was quality and not a dry passata... the pizza toppings were also excellent... I also had a white one with vegetables... well seasoned, tasty and not heavy at all!!! So compliments to the pizza chef and what can I say about the service. All beautiful young girls with a huge smile that shouldn't be underestimated lately... well done 👏🏼 keep it up... SILVIA AND LORENZO
