30/05/2025: The first thing that struck us here was the warm and authentic atmosphere. The food, two pasta dishes and a small welcome from the host, was also delicious. Since we enjoyed it so much, we returned a day later and were immediately welcomed as friends by the host. We enjoyed the house specialties, including super delicious meat dishes. We were offered many delicious treats free of charge. It's definitely worth stopping by.

17/05/2025: If you are looking for the real Neapolitan flavors this is the right place. The pizzas with very light dough and expertly measured ingredients are prepared with care and mastery. The fried foods with their flavor have the power to take you (or bring you back in my case) to the popular neighborhoods of Naples that have made its unparalleled cuisine famous. The service is precise, courteous and friendly and the prices are more than fair. And then yes, the pasta and potato frittatina is truly "A FÌN RO MUNN" 😉 We will return and you will too!

27/09/2024: We stopped at this beach which is very pretty, very calm and even deserted at the end of September, it is very clean and pleasant. We ate at La Scalette and we were pleasantly surprised, it was just delicious 😍 the sea bruschetta is just divine, the seafood pacchero incredible and the fried foods were delicious. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I will go back there when I come back to Italy!

22/03/2025: The restaurant is elegant and very well looked after. At the entrance on the wall there is a large circle reminiscent of the lid of a barrel. We relied on the chef's advice for a perfectly served lunch. Octopus and swordfish rolls on chickpea cream, paccheri with cuttlefish and pistachio, cheese and pepper ravioli with fish ragout and toasted almonds. For the second course, cod tempura and anchovies stuffed with ricotta, on artichoke cream. Finally nougat cream with raspberry flavored crumble and dark chocolate chocolates. A wine list absolutely in line with their menu, which gives ample space to the Lazio region, without forgetting other interesting Italian wineries, champagne and other international wines. Nice atmosphere.

16/03/2025: Really very nice place, the lady at the reception really kind, very good quality food and generous dishes. The prices are slightly high, but depending on a personal evaluation of various factors it can be okay. All in all so I would definitely stay here again, congratulations!

01/05/2025: Pessimi, il primo Maggio dopo aver prenotato piu’ di un mese fa, arriviamo davanti al ristorante e lo troviamo chiuso! Non ci hanno avvisato della chiusura e non hanno risposto ai miei messaggi, dopo qualche minuto pubblicano una storia su instagram scrivendo che sono chiusi. Il rispetto per le persone e per i clienti e’ la prima cosa. Disorganizzati e maleducati!

23/02/2025: Ristorantino scoperto per caso poco distante dal centro più rumoroso di Sabaudia. Mi ha colpito la location intima e l'en place minimale e delicato. La signora che ci ha accolto è stata gentilissima, molto ospitale e per nulla invadente. Ogni piatto ci è stato raccontato brevemente, ma con amore e precisione. Ho apprezzato l'impiattamento molto curato, le porzioni assolutamente giuste e la cura nell'esaltazione dei gusti di materie prime di per sé eccellenti. Consiglio: la tartare di ombrina, il petto d'oca affumicato, i carciofi fritti e il cavolo nero saltato. Tra i dolci, squisite la cheesecake, stranamente per nulla stucchevole, e la crema catalana. Conto molto onesto: 90€ per un antipasto, due piatti principali, un contorno, due dolci e due calici. Questo ristorante è il mio nuovo riferimento a Sabaudia. Consigliatissimo!

01/06/2025: Agriturismo I Quattro Laghi is a place immersed in nature, surrounded by greenery and with a small enclosure with chickens, ducks and other animals. There are rooms to sleep in and they are building a swimming pool, which will be a great addition. The restaurant is very nice, with a wooden roof where you can eat outside in the summer, overlooking the nearby Lake Caprolace. The menu offers three fixed options: appetizer + first course, appetizer + second course, or appetizer + first course + second course, and in all of them dessert is always included. All dishes are prepared with seasonal and excellent quality ingredients. The food is good, the environment is relaxing and you really feel good. Furthermore, the sea is only 5 minutes away by car. Recommended for those looking for good food, nature and tranquility.
