23/10/2025: With the utmost respect for those who work hard and strive to achieve the best results, we felt it was only right to offer our own contribution regarding our experience at this restaurant. I'll start by saying that, as Tuscans, when it comes to meat at the table, it's always difficult to make "foreign" judgments, but with a little objectivity, it can be done. And that's precisely the point: the meat. I had fond memories of Osteria 1701 from 2018, brought by friends, and my memory brought back a beautiful Florentine steak of far superior quality than this last time. I wanted to share this experience by bringing a couple of friends. According to those present, only the beef fillet passed the test, with no particular enthusiasm regarding its taste and texture, especially considering the price tag of 70 euros/kilo. The tagliata (declared Angus), however, are to be forgotten, especially the one with the "treasure hunt" of mushrooms (actually transparent), which was marked up by €7 instead of €20 for approximately 250 grams of meat. Despite being cooked rare, it was tough, dry, and lacked the classic fresh, neutral aroma. The few mushrooms that were present were unfortunately tough and tasteless. The sautéed chicory was good, although too dry and stringy; the baked potatoes and desserts were excellent. The 100% markup on Riflessi di Sant'Andrea at €12 was "discounted." The plating was basic, sometimes too much, and the service was average. The flies were a nuisance, and there was no air conditioning because he said they were "annoying." To recap: Three covers for a total of approximately 750 grams of meat, 2 side dishes, 2 desserts, 1 Riflessi red wine, 2 bottles of water for €102.50. It's a shame, beyond the price, especially for the betrayed expectations, maybe we will adopt the principle of "there's no two without three ..." and the next one will go better?!

22/10/2025: The food is excellent, they don't skimp on quantity, and the wines are also well-suited to the type of restaurant and menu, as is the location. A great place for a meat-based evening, we'll definitely be back.

15/12/2025: Lunch with friends today was a wonderful discovery. The menu was so extensive, with seasonal and interesting specials, I wanted to try everything. From appetizers to desserts, I discovered ancient flavors revisited with a modern twist, with pairings that enhance and renew tradition: a true delight for the palate. The staff is exceptionally professional and kind, especially when it comes to wine selection: they guided us through labels and cellars with infectious passion. Quality products, meticulous attention to detail, and more than fair prices. I can't wait to return and continue this journey of good food, good wine, and an atmosphere that makes you immediately feel like you're in the right place. Highly recommended *****

01/12/2025: An excellent seafood restaurant in Minturno's main square. They prepare fish with original and interesting recipes, yet with a strong connection to local tradition. The dining room is a bit small, and the chatter can be a bit loud, but it's still possible to converse comfortably. The person who served us, perhaps the owner, takes pride in their work and what they offer. The menu isn't extensive, but it's adequate. We tried some appetizers, their excellent gricia with shrimp and pistachios, some off-menu paccheri with fish sauce, and an excellent fried calamari and shrimp. The wine list is quite comprehensive, and the prices are reasonable. If you're in the area, this is a good restaurant.

30/09/2025: Lovely place. Been around the world and this place slightly reminds me of the wildest places I have been to, but at the same time welcoming like home. The breakfast, all you need to start a good day, is fantastic and available until 10am. Rooms are simple clean, and quite large. I don't think you can ask for more, when looking for a easy going seaside experience on the shores where Odysseus got seduced by Circe, and where the land with its winds and sounds still is capable to bring you in a world far far away. It's quite easy to get the food and the fact that it doesn't run restaurant during every evening, but only near the weekends like on Fridays, is a great incentive to go explore outside the nearby towns. This place feels like family. Explore, and relax in the heart of the agricultural southern Lazio communities, and take your opportunity to reconnect with Nature. --- If only the municipality, the region the Italian State and Europe could invest more in this place redesigning the roads network by removing the "litoranea" and opting for a perpendicular approach by only-walkable paths (like others have done), with large parking far from the sea, protecting the dunes... , cleaning the beach and the swamp more and regulating fisherman terrible practices, the beach and these gifts we have been given would become a true paradise. -- Thanks for hosting us!

30/11/2025: Excellent experience, comfortable place They pay attention to detail, and the dishes are very generous. We had appetizers as a centerpiece and first courses with pizza, everything was perfect, with great toppings and cooking.

30/11/2025: Welcoming place, courteous staff, and a friendly owner. The seafood appetizer was exceptionally good and fresh, and the pizza was excellent, Roman-style. I returned on August 15th with friends for a seafood dinner. Everything was delicious, from the mixed appetizer to the tagliolini allo scoglio, the fried fish, the side dishes, and the desserts. Pietro, one of the owners, is always courteous and helpful, and the table service is also top-notch in terms of courtesy and speed. If you're in Sabaudia, stop by; it's definitely worth it. November 2025: Traditional polenta at Lo Zaffiro, exceptional, with broccoli, spare ribs, and sausage...always top-notch.

01/05/2025: Pessimi, il primo Maggio dopo aver prenotato piu’ di un mese fa, arriviamo davanti al ristorante e lo troviamo chiuso! Non ci hanno avvisato della chiusura e non hanno risposto ai miei messaggi, dopo qualche minuto pubblicano una storia su instagram scrivendo che sono chiusi. Il rispetto per le persone e per i clienti e’ la prima cosa. Disorganizzati e maleducati!

23/02/2025: Ristorantino scoperto per caso poco distante dal centro più rumoroso di Sabaudia. Mi ha colpito la location intima e l'en place minimale e delicato. La signora che ci ha accolto è stata gentilissima, molto ospitale e per nulla invadente. Ogni piatto ci è stato raccontato brevemente, ma con amore e precisione. Ho apprezzato l'impiattamento molto curato, le porzioni assolutamente giuste e la cura nell'esaltazione dei gusti di materie prime di per sé eccellenti. Consiglio: la tartare di ombrina, il petto d'oca affumicato, i carciofi fritti e il cavolo nero saltato. Tra i dolci, squisite la cheesecake, stranamente per nulla stucchevole, e la crema catalana. Conto molto onesto: 90€ per un antipasto, due piatti principali, un contorno, due dolci e due calici. Questo ristorante è il mio nuovo riferimento a Sabaudia. Consigliatissimo!

26/09/2025: A truly sublime culinary experience. Manuele and his partner create innovative and exceptionally high-quality dishes. The meat they use is of a higher-than-average quality, and the meticulous work behind the cooking makes it unique. This place truly pampers customers; they provide spectacular service, and the homemade bread is a real treat that pairs perfectly with their meat. I highly recommend it!

10/09/2025: We visited Rendez Vous on August 15th, our first time at this restaurant, and I must say it was a wonderful discovery. The set menu offered for the occasion was a surprise in terms of quality and flavor: dishes prepared with fresh, top-quality ingredients, cooked with great care. The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, with attention to every detail, making the experience truly enjoyable. The wine list is also excellent, allowing you to pair your meal with quality drinks. A special thanks to the staff: kind, attentive, and highly knowledgeable, always available with a smile. We visited with family and immediately felt at ease. We will definitely be back: a restaurant that deserves to be known and appreciated!

25/08/2025: A true gem on the beach! The atmosphere is welcoming and informal: you can dine in your swimsuit and relax, but the cuisine is refined and meticulously prepared. The chef is amazing, the ingredients are excellent, and every dish is a delight. Kudos also to the restaurant owner and all the staff, always kind, helpful, and attentive. Perfect for those seeking quality, flavor, and a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere!

23/08/2025: I've been going to this beach for many years. The beach is clean and the restaurant serves excellent food. My grandchildren always want to have lunch when we go.

12/08/2025: It's become a regular stop every time I return to my hometown. A true, authentic, genuine place. A no-frills menu, with the freshest ingredients expertly prepared. The management upholds Nando's reputation, and the friendliness and smiles you take home are included in the very honest bill. A true favorite! Go there.

10/08/2025: Excellent food, very friendly staff. We had the opportunity to try both lunch at the kiosk on the beach and dinner at the restaurant on the street. In both cases, the food was excellent, both in quality and in the way it was cooked. The staff was always very friendly.

16/01/2026: While the pizza is satisfying and the fried foods are decent, the real problem is the poor service and the staff's total lack of professionalism, which comes across as intrusive and inappropriate. The complete lack of privacy in a nearly empty restaurant is embarrassing, along with behavior that is inappropriate for someone who chooses to work in customer service. To top it all off, there are a few flaws here and there. An experience not to be repeated.

An absolutely basic place, inside a residence: You eat on a beautiful lawn with tables and umbrellas, but there are no plates, pizzas are served in boxes, and no restrooms.
