A truly sublime culinary experience. Manuele and his partner create innovative and exceptionally high-quality dishes. The meat they use is of a higher-than-average quality, and the meticulous work behind the cooking makes it unique. This place truly pampers customers; they provide spectacular service, and the homemade bread is a real treat that pairs perfectly with their meat. I highly recommend it!

Excellent meat-themed restaurant located in the center of Sabaudia, in the province of Latina. This restaurant offers outdoor seating on the veranda and under the porticoes. The display of meats is beautiful. The service is friendly, but the highlight is obviously the meat. I had one of the best picanhe I've ever had here, truly well-made and cooked to perfection (medium rare). The arrosticini and panontine are also good. There's a good selection of Baladin craft beers, although I'd add a bock/doppelbock or red ale to pair with the meat. Prices, in my opinion, are in line with the quality offered. We really enjoyed our stay.
