19/09/2024: Always - and forever - our pastry shop in Priverno and we don't live in Priverno! But certain delicacies, all the desserts and ice creams made by the talented Carmine (worthy heir to the unforgettable Checchino!) are definitely worth the trip. Some specialties, among other things, can only be found there and in no other pastry shop. Added value (yet another, if that wasn't enough): Paola's irrepressible friendliness!

04/08/2024: For my first time in Priverno I tried this bar/pastry shop in the historic center, and I found a truly relaxing environment, very kind staff and reasonable prices. I recommend it!

17/09/2024: THERE IS BETTER - Decent but not excellent food - 8 euros for 1/2 liter of house white wine / in a carafe + 4 euros for service, for 2, for eating on paper placemats and on pizza slice tables seemed excessive to us - €38 in total for 2 for one pasta each and 1/2 liter of wine

14/09/2024: I had lunch in this small inn today, the first question I asked the waiter (owner) he was rude and unprofessional decent food we took a platter of cold cuts he brought us a small plate with a cut sausage and four slices of ham a small piece of tiny cheese the bill too high for the service and the food there is better.

And the food: various proposals (mixed sea and mountain menu) all of high quality and prepared to perfection. More than positive experience!

27/12/2024: Good evening, I wanted to share my experience with this restaurant on Christmas day, let's start with some starters that are scarce to say the least, then we move on to the fettuccine with pumpkin cream and bacon, and we say everything is normal, 2 first courses paccheri al COLD braised veal, then we move on to the dish that closes the lunch, the cut which was also frozen, not to mention the children's menu, charged 30 euros, arrived last, my mother who doesn't eat cheeses, he asks for pasta with tomato sauce, they hide the cheese underneath, he had to fill himself with mandarins, to finish off the Christmas desserts, served panettone whose slices resembled wafers, without serving sparkling wine, we hope to save ourselves with coffee too served without various bitters or anything else, all for the modest sum of 55 euros, last year everything was good, this year for nothing at all.

27/12/2024: Buona sera volevo portare a conoscenza la mia esperienza con questo ristorante nella giornata di Natale, partiamo con degli antipasti a dir poco scarsi è poco, poi passiamo alle fettuccine con crema di zucca e guanciale, e li diciamo tutto nella norma, 2 primo paccheri al brasato di vitello FREDDI, poi passiamo al piatto che chiude il pranzo la tagliata che anch'essa era congelata, per non parlare del menù bambino, fatto pagare 30 euro, arrivati per ultimi, mia madre che non mangia formaggi, chiede pasta al pomodoro gli nascondono il formaggio al di sotto, si è dovuta saziare con i mandarini, per finire i dolci natalizi, serviti il panettone che le fettine somigliavano ad ostie, senza servire spumante, data la presenza di un compleanno anche lì niente spumante, speriamo di salvarci con il caffè anche lui servito senza amari vari o altro, il tutto alla modica cifra di 55 euro, lo scorso anno è stato buono tutto quest'anno proprio per niente.

09/02/2025: Located right in the abbey square, interiors and furnishings reflect its medieval style. All dishes are carefully presented and don't disappoint when tasted, quantities that are quite right in my opinion. Fair price for what you eat, you can do something more on the wine list which is a bit messy. We didn't take desserts because we were full since everything was also accompanied by good bread.
