The service was very quick, as always, the dishes were good but not as exceptional as I remembered. I only ate half of the almond chicken, the chicken seemed raw... I was really sorry. While the tempura vegetables are excellent.

Unfortunately, I had the feeling of being in a summer business rather than a restaurant. One of those places where you eat, but don't taste anything. The place was crowded and noisy. The staff evidently had no professional training. Ultimately, it's certainly not worth a detour.

But shrimp with intestines is just not good! The pasta with simple sauce for the child was very disappointing. Without salt. Not bad pulled pork burger.

17/08/2024: "Neghelli 11" is a place located in the heart of the "pub area", along one of the two streets (via Lago Ascianghi and via Neghelli, in fact) which, crossing each other, form the heart of a small fashionable neighborhood frequented by young Latin people, especially in the evenings. of weekends. The setting of the place is difficult to decipher: in reality, if there is a concept, I didn't understand it. Kind staff, mostly made up of very young but knowledgeable and helpful girls, placed us on a table for two outside, under a tent, which unfortunately at a certain point was awkwardly folded and withdrawn while we were consuming the lunch. order, with the result that everything that was on top of the tent (hair, feathers and dirt) fell onto the table and onto our plates. Never mind, luckily we were almost done. The dishes we ordered were not very generous in portions, but they were objectively good and well presented. It's also a shame that the first beer (only two types on the menu) was served hot, followed by a second beer, unfortunately just as hot as the first. But the real disappointment was generated by a bill of 109 euros for two, which seemed really exorbitant and unjustified to me: 20 euros for an, albeit good, octopus "panzanella", not even in Portofino! In short, it's okay to try to raise the quality, it's okay to try to put together a gourmet menu with imaginative reinterpretations of local dishes and ingredients (it's okay, you need to differentiate yourself and "elevate" yourself from the average of the competition), but to truly be a place of higher level requires professionalism, maximum attention to the customer (beers must be served strictly cold, especially in summer), organization (certain operations with the tents are done before, not during service) and a very specific idea of ​​the place, a concept, a "mission" that can be clearly identified from the first moment you set foot in the restaurant. Pretending to be something that you objectively cannot be in order to justify certain prices seems to me to be an all too useless exercise with a predictable outcome, which is unfortunately increasingly frequent, at least in our country. And obviously the justification of the "exclusive" location is not valid either: after all, we are still in Latina.

Recommended for an evening with friends. It is very popular so forget about a quiet or romantic environment.

Tutto ottimo, ma lo spaghetto con sarda e fiori di zucca e i paccheri alla triglia....una vera goduria x il palato. Ottima anche la torta al cioccolato con gelato all'amarena. Tornerò presto e porterò....i rinforzi 😊

06/07/2024: Esperienza deludente. Prenotato per due persone, un solo antipasto e due fritture dal gusto discutibile, con la pastella che si staccava a tocchi e gamberoni decisamente poco cotti. Alla cassa un totale di €60 dando per indicazione sullo scontrino soltanto due menù fissi (senza considerazione dell'ordine), un furto. Sconsigliatissimo.

Molto consigliato
