30/11/2024: How can you define an owner, already kind, sweet, attentive, competent, always available, who after a consistently excellent lunch, in such a characteristic and clean place, always shows enormous kindness to my family of 5 (three little girls) ? ABSOLUTE LORD! Thank you, let's not forget it!

24/11/2024: Trattoria in the historic Sorano district, Canceglie. Nice place with many seats, but it's always better to book, especially at the weekend. The menu is essential, classic appetizers, 3 first courses and 5/6 second courses. The cuisine is very homely, homemade, no dishes to remember, but all well prepared. The wines from the Palombo winery in Atina are good. For a dinner with friends it is certainly an excellent option.

12/08/2024: Ho prenotato in questa pizzeria per il compleanno di mia figlia, mi hanno riservato il tavolo con scelta del menù e tutto il resto...questa sera mi presento insieme a tutti gli invitati e il posto era chiuso per ferie. Neanche la serietà di avvisare... Per fortuna siamo riusciti comunque a trovare un posto e la serata è andata bene se non meglio. Da zero stelle o anche meno.

30/11/2024: Sono stato da Fermento ieri sera con mia moglie e devo sottolineare come si mangia sempre molto bene. Ogni volta che andiamo sappiamo già che ce ne andremo soddisfatti... ma ieri sera si sono superati, la pizza, con nell'impasto della curcuma, si è rivelata decisamente più soffice e molto leggera, una prelibatezza! Per non parlare del dolce, un tiramisù mandorlato, rigorosamente "handmade" è stato veramente squisito 😋 Non per ultimo il servizio, molto professionale e disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta. Consiglio vivamente questo locale, noi ci torneremo sicuramente presto!

19/06/2024: Ci siamo fermati al ritorno dopo una passeggiata nel cassinate, conoscevamo il ristorante solo per sentito dire ed oggi è stata l’occasione per provare , location elegante e accogliente, siamo stati accolti dal personale cordiale e molto professionale, abbiamo mangiato piatti di pesce ma non le solite portate ma insolite e gustosissime insomma , da leccarsi i baffi , abbiamo mangiato dei primi, secondi e dolci , rapporto prezzo qualità buono , ritorneremo presto!

19/11/2024: While visiting Sora , we enjoyed our lunch at Osteria dei Briganti. Nice and central location, simple and tasteful interiors, and fabulous cuisine. The menu includes some pasta specialties but also lamb, chicken, and pork. The quality of the ingredients is incredible. The food is of excellent quality and is well presented (e.g. "L'antipasto dei briganti" and the homemade fettuccine with bacon and mushrooms.). The cod was also very good. The food was delicious: they use local products and the menu is modified according to seasonal products. The wine selection is also good. The owner was very kind and very competent in recommending the wine to pair with the chosen dishes. Fairly quick service, prices a little high but up to the quality of the dishes. To finish our meal, they let us taste their fabulous dessert that was much requested in past years and has now almost disappeared from restaurant menus, in favor of a now obvious and standardized tiramisu: the famous 'zuppa inglese'. It is perhaps one of the best desserts in the world. and our most favorite ever. Their " zuppa inglese"dessert alone is worth a trip to Sora. Lovely atmosphere, and the service friendly and efficient. What more could you ask for!

20/11/2024: Beautiful, modern and welcoming atmosphere and location. Excellent and professional service. Fried food, side dishes and desserts are top marks but spaghetti and roasted octopus are definitely worth seeing again. The spaghetti seasoning was not up to par while the octopus was extremely tough.

25/11/2024: Found this restaurant by chance, excellent quality food, matriciana and carbonara of a higher level than all the others I've tasted, fast, knowledgeable staff always available to satisfy the customer, normal prices. I'll definitely be back.

12/08/2024: Excellent family meal. The welcome was warm, we ate very well. The antipasti are good, the pasta al dente, and the cuts of meat excellent. The price is very fair. Honestly the value for money is excellent, it's a must when you come to the region, top!
