05/05/2024: We went for the first time a week ago, the place was empty with only one other table already eating... We order two simple sandwiches with cheddar and bacon, after 10 minutes they were already ready but there was only the hamburger and the salad, we mentioned it to the waitress and she told us that there was a problem with the computer, however we couldn't even have it redone.... the place was nice but honestly 27 euros for two classic burgers and a beer isn't worth it, at home with I could have done better at this price!

24/03/2024: Very nice pub, visited yesterday by 4. It has a really rich menu. From sandwiches, to puccia, to meats. I chose a whiskey-soaked burger sandwich, caramelized onions, tomato and lettuce, served with potato chips. Spicy chicken sticks. And a nice glass of pecorino wine. Very good quality, quick waiting times. Very friendly and kind staff. We will definitely be back!

I had the pleasure of tasting a pizza with ham, burrata and confit cherry tomatoes: a unique tasting experience. The creamy burrata paired perfectly with the sweetness of the confit cherry tomatoes, while the ham added a savory note that rounded everything off excellently. The capricciosa ordered by my partner was an excellent interpretation of a classic, with fresh and well-balanced ingredients. The real star of Fermento in Sora, however, is the tongs: well hydrated, crunchy and highly digestible. The result of careful research and meticulous work is evident, making every bite a pleasure. A little advice to the owners: it would be nice to see a wider selection of drinks, in addition to the craft beers already present. Finally, praise for the hygiene of the place, which is impeccable and certainly one of the strong points of this pizzeria. In conclusion, Fermento in Sora is a place where design, taste and quality meet, offering a high-level culinary experience. We will definitely be back!

18/08/2024: Love it, been coming to Sora for the last 15 years and it was my 1st time to experience this wonderful Pizzeria. Great food and service cannot wait to go back 👌.... I have since been back many times and the food, service and atmosphere is amazing.

12/08/2024: Ho prenotato in questa pizzeria per il compleanno di mia figlia, mi hanno riservato il tavolo con scelta del menù e tutto il resto...questa sera mi presento insieme a tutti gli invitati e il posto era chiuso per ferie. Neanche la serietà di avvisare... Per fortuna siamo riusciti comunque a trovare un posto e la serata è andata bene se non meglio. Da zero stelle o anche meno.

19/06/2024: Ci siamo fermati al ritorno dopo una passeggiata nel cassinate, conoscevamo il ristorante solo per sentito dire ed oggi è stata l’occasione per provare , location elegante e accogliente, siamo stati accolti dal personale cordiale e molto professionale, abbiamo mangiato piatti di pesce ma non le solite portate ma insolite e gustosissime insomma , da leccarsi i baffi , abbiamo mangiato dei primi, secondi e dolci , rapporto prezzo qualità buono , ritorneremo presto!

24/03/2024: We spent a very pleasant evening at Olimpus. We chose the fish menu: an Olimpus starter (selection of cold and hot); two first courses (bigoli with lemon, cuttlefish, yellow datterino tomatoes and scented bread; trofie, requested as an alternative to tagliolini, with calamari, artichokes and smoked swordfish) and a second course (grilled fish). Everything delicious, well seasoned, plentiful, of good quality. The cuisine perhaps lacks those nuances of flavors that you expect from such a well-structured menu, also considering the importance of the venue. Service ok. The account is convincing.

02/07/2024: Certainly not a place for posh people, but when you stop in a pizzeria by the slice, what are the expectations of the common customer? Here, amazing Margherita pizza, crunchy, juicy and very, very tasty. He, who cuts, is not very talkative but he is a person of substance, he cuts and fills which is a pleasure..... For those who are not from Ciociaro, try the white or red pizza with mortadella. It's addictive.

12/08/2024: Excellent family meal. The welcome was warm, we ate very well. The antipasti are good, the pasta al dente, and the cuts of meat excellent. The price is very fair. Honestly the value for money is excellent, it's a must when you come to the region, top!

14/06/2024: a pleasant surprise!! dinner organized by my friends, I come from Rome and from the outside the place doesn't impress me but inside everything changes. modern place with quality food and top wine cellar, kind and friendly staff and owner. Vast menu available from aperitif to dinner, price in line with the dishes and the quality of the products.

30/04/2024: Well managed, nice and welcoming place. The cuisine is excellent and there is a wide choice of wines, although the price increase on the same is quite substantial. In any case, it is a location to take into consideration when you want an aperitif or something tasty and quick to eat. Tongs and cutting board with a careful choice of products, very interesting.
