04/12/2025: Went for a private party. The place was very well-maintained and the food was well-stocked, with classic touches and the right amount of refinement. The wines were plentiful, though not particularly sophisticated.

15/07/2025: From the very beginning, meeting Mrs. Rita and her wonderful family, I knew I was in the right place... the results far exceeded my expectations... the confidential, friendly, and sincere relationship was just the prelude to an evening marked by perfect and competent organization, excellent food, perfect service, and what can I say about the young and fantastic chef Lorenzo? Simply... unique... and Claudia? Excellent, calm and fast, tireless and... the perfect organizer... last but not least, Luigi, always smiling, tireless, and uniquely kind... I could go on, but... I recommend trying it for yourself and you'll understand that my description is nothing compared to the reality. Thank you, Rita, you are fantastic and real. 14/12/2025: I discovered Fermento - Pizza e Cucina for lunch and was absolutely blown away. The atmosphere is modern and welcoming, and Chef Roberta's culinary offerings are a true revelation. There's no pizza at lunchtime, but you won't miss it, as the gourmet dishes offered are top-notch. We enjoyed the Tonnarelli with three cherry tomatoes, parmesan, and basil (a light yet flavorful first course featured on their menu). Each course reflects Chef Roberta's trademark care and attention to quality ingredients. Her approach is reflected in every detail, from the impeccable service to the balanced flavors. The staff was exceptional, polite, and always available. It's a place where you can sense the passion for fine Italian and Mediterranean cuisine. For those seeking a lunchtime dining experience in Sora that transcends the usual routine, Fermento is the perfect choice. Kudos to Roberta and the entire team! I can't wait to return.

14/12/2025: The pizza is always top-notch, delicious and crispy, and what can I say about the tender and juicy burgers and the juicy ribs? The owners, Roberta and Giuseppe, are very attentive to their customers... well done, keep it up... We also tried the restaurant for lunch; "tasting" is the right word for the truly high-quality Tonnarelli... and at lunch too, the usual attention to customer service and the quality of the dishes... thanks Giuseppe and Roberta...

22/12/2025: If you're looking for the authentic flavors of Ciociaria tradition combined with a touch of sophistication, Trattoria del Maresciallo is a must-try. I had the studio's pre-Christmas dinner here, and we were immediately impressed by the beautiful location in a stunning setting, just like "Canceglie" during the holiday season. However, it was the first and second courses that left us speechless. The maltagliati with guanciale and chickpea cream are a perfect balance of textures: the creaminess of the chickpeas perfectly complements the crunchiness of the guanciale, a heart-warming dish. ​The real highlight, however, was the red wine stew: tender meat that literally melts in the mouth, and a rich, fragrant, and deeply flavorful sauce. You can taste the carefully selected ingredients and the expertly slow cooking. ​Special mention goes to the service, which was absolutely excellent. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and makes you feel welcome from the first moment to the last, with a courtesy that's hard to find elsewhere these days. ​An impeccable gastronomic experience that I highly recommend to anyone passing through Sora.
