04/12/2025: Went for a private party. The place was very well-maintained and the food was well-stocked, with classic touches and the right amount of refinement. The wines were plentiful, though not particularly sophisticated.

Simply... unique... and Claudia? Excellent, calm and fast, tireless and... the perfect organizer... last but not least, Luigi, always smiling, tireless, and uniquely kind... I could go on, but... 06/02/2026: A beautiful little restaurant in the heart of Sora's historic center, where you can enjoy dinner in a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The dishes, from appetizers to main courses, offer full and intense flavors, and the quality of the ingredients is extremely high. I ordered the Maresciallo appetizer, rich and tasty, and the mixed roast beef to finish off the meal. The meat was very good, cooked just as I requested. There's a good selection of wines, all topped off by a warm, courteous, and professional welcome and service. I will definitely return when I'm in the Sora area!

It's clear there's a lot of thought behind it—not your typical pizza, but something different, highly digestible. For appetizers, the classic supplì, potato croquettes, and delicious French fries. The desserts are truly exceptional, especially the tiramisu. The prices are perfectly in line with what you get, and the beer selection is good. The service is courteous.

14/12/2025: I discovered Fermento - Pizza e Cucina for lunch and was absolutely blown away. The atmosphere is modern and welcoming, and Chef Roberta's culinary offerings are a true revelation. There's no pizza at lunchtime, but you won't miss it, as the gourmet dishes offered are top-notch. We enjoyed the Tonnarelli with three cherry tomatoes, parmesan, and basil (a light yet flavorful first course featured on their menu). Each course reflects Chef Roberta's trademark care and attention to quality ingredients. Her approach is reflected in every detail, from the impeccable service to the balanced flavors. The staff was exceptional, polite, and always available. It's a place where you can sense the passion for fine Italian and Mediterranean cuisine. For those seeking a lunchtime dining experience in Sora that transcends the usual routine, Fermento is the perfect choice. Kudos to Roberta and the entire team! I can't wait to return.

Here, "kind and helpful" is truly banal... we're much more than that: young, knowledgeable people with an unparalleled level of expertise, neither pedantic nor intrusive, with a quiet yet welcoming demeanor. Confident and courteous, well-mannered and smiling. The result? We booked again, to be pampered once again by their refined atmosphere and to savor well-crafted dishes.
