02/07/2024: We had a very good time in this suggestive location in the middle of the pretty village of Ceccano. The staff has always been very helpful and courteous. Despite the great heat, the internal room was absolutely worth trying, and the great comings and goings, it was still a wedding, the level of professionalism and attention always remained very high. The delicious aperitifs were of excellent quality and the serving was also of great importance. I think I'll be back soon

Cosa dire, tutto buonissimo, difficile dire se ci sia una cosa che sia più buona di un altra perchè ogni tipo di alimenti, sai salumi ai formaggi fino alla pasta e in condimento stesso, viaggiano su un equilibrio di armonia di sapori e profumi quasi poetici... per non parlare della cantina che regala delle vere eccellenze... sicuramente consigliatissimo... e una nota di merito va data anche al personale di sala, gentile, cortese, preparato ed elegante...

16/07/2024: Ammetto che ho scelto questo posto come luogo per il mio 18esimo principalmente per la sua architettura e struttura, la sala rotonda è davvero magnifica, poi il bordeaux è il mio colore preferito. Ma anche il servizio è stato eccellente, tutti davvero efficienti, eleganti e disponibilissimi. Poi anche la cena è stata ottima, tutto veramente buono, specialmente l'aperitivo, in cui c'era persino il sushi cotto, che ha fatto impazzire tutti gli invitati. Davvero un posto eccezionale per qualsiasi festa, si crea un'atmosfera unica.

18/12/2024: The only flaw of this OLD WILD WEST I think is the management - the ways and how the dining room staff work need to be reviewed. For the rest, the food was excellent, prices according to OLD WILD WEST standards.
