Chef Tassa's skill and creativity are evident here too.
The plant-based appetizers are truly incredible, especially the cabbage and artichoke!
The homemade pasta is noteworthy, with special mention for the fact that the lady who prepares it makes it right there in the dining room.
Overall, an experience worth repeating at a super fair price!
07/03/2026: A true culinary gem in Lazio, definitely worth a try. Traditional dishes revisited with masterful skill, using top-quality ingredients and a predilection for plant-based dishes.
The tasting menu is rich and varied. The service is excellent, too!

28/02/2026: My wife and I had lunch on Saturday: excellent porcini mushroom fettuccine; tender and flavorful grilled lamb; sublime tiramisu; Extremely efficient and friendly service (they welcomed us without a reservation), never intrusive. And Chef Valerio is a wonderful person, down-to-earth and competent. We'll definitely be back.
01/02/2026: We went to eat at this place a few nights ago, very nice, clean and welcoming, good food and quality products, friendly service, very good bill, we will definitely be back

20/10/2025: The owners are kind and helpful, the food is excellent quality and delicious, the service is top notch, Mrs Denise explained the history of the place, she was very knowledgeable and friendly and so was the whole family... the food was delicious... I recommend it

Take their advice and trust the family who runs the restaurant. You won't regret it.

16/09/2025: I won't judge what I ate, as I don't have the expertise. In any case, I found everything excellent. What I'd like to focus on is a wish I expressed to the chef:
As a resident of Ciociaria, I appreciate your research rooted in the region, but I feel a desire for a closer connection to local culinary traditions. I'd be fascinated to see the traditional dishes of Ciociaria revisited with your personal and innovative perspective. It's a complex challenge, requiring historical research and study, but my experiences at this restaurant have convinced me that you have the sensitivity and skill to transform these roots into unique and contemporary creations.

05/01/2026: Today for lunch we went to this fantastic location.
We tasted typical local products, particularly impressed by the pan-cooked focaccia and pumpkin ravioli.
Ivana, the hostess, made us feel right at home. The location was stunning, with a roaring fireplace where Ivana toasted two delicious slices of bread for us to enjoy with her fantastic olive oil. Highly recommended.
Thank you, Ivana, it was a pleasure meeting you. We'll be back with the whole family.

22/04/2025: Siamo stati una sera per mangiare la pizza. Servizio lentissimo. Ai bambini era stata ordinata la carne che non è arrivata mai, se non dopo un sollecito (e molto dopo la pizza degli adulti): pur sapendo che erano per due bambini di 2 e 5 anni, sono arrivate salsicce piccantissime e per loro immangiabili (io adoro il piccante, premetto che fossero state per noi adulti avremmo apprezzato). Esperienza che non sarebbe da ripetere, ma a cui daremo una seconda possibilità vista la buona nomina che hanno. Consiglio più attenzione al cliente.

18/11/2023: Che dire..solo avere la fortuna di sedere al tavolo con ampia vetrata che si affaccia sulla vallata, sei ad un passo dal cielo.
Antipasti,primi con pasta fatta in casa,
secondi e contorni conditi con ingredienti propri da leccarsi i baffi, e per finire un tiramisù spettacolare.
Rita in cucina è una garanzia e Loredana una buona intrattenitrice di sala.
Se volete mangiare bene e abbondante e non cercate gli impiattamenti decorativi....
