25/01/2025: Salve sono stato con Anna G a mangiare da lei, molti piatti mi sono piaciuti,altri meno.Vorrei prendere la sua risposta nel commento di Anna,con molto scetticismo nei suoi confronti,nel momento in cui si parla di rispetto per chi lavora!Appena entrati nel locale,ci siamo seduti al tavolo e c’erano delle cimici sulla tenda della finestra,nella quale sotto c’era la nostra bottiglia di vino,se fosse entrata nella nostra bottiglia,non avrebbe alcuna importanza tra vino rosso o bianco!Prima di pensare a voi stessi si dovrebbe pensare anche al benessere del cliente perché la sto pagando,dovete curare il vostro ambiente.

12/01/2025: So I went to dinner this evening with my boyfriend and my brother-in-law, we arrived, welcome with pumpkin, turmeric and mushroom foam, really excellent, we took the longer 7-course menu. Disappointment begins with the second first course "of fine, freshly made dishes not cooked in water but in marjoram flavored oil" a dish that I would never have eaten, it tasted like bad oil, a dish without any ifs or buts, it just didn't have sense, in addition to the technique of cooking it in oil, this dish lacked creativity and inventiveness. I do the same job and going to starred restaurants and trying new cuisines and ideas is what I'm most passionate about. Dessert and pre-dessert were also disappointing. The panettone semifreddo wasn't good, I struggled to eat it, with a sort of brioche crumble that stuck in my throat and almost didn't go wrong. And the dessert was supposed to be a granita, but it was all melted. I am only attaching photos of what I liked out of 7, I only liked 4. Then final bill 425 euros for three. If it had been good, it wasn't much, but the bad thing was that the waiter had understood that we hadn't liked some of the dishes. And when it came to the bill he didn't even ask us how it went. We told him we were disappointed and he showed no importance. My advice is not to settle, you can do much better. All in all I'm sorry to say it's not worth it.
