04/03/2025: The place was very nice although as we were the only ones in the room on a Sunday evening the atmosphere was a bit cold. Friendly and helpful staff. Very bold dishes with very strong flavours, sometimes to the point of losing the balance of the dishes themselves. Fantastic wine pairing!
09/02/2025: Today I had lunch for the first time in the new room overlooking the kitchen: a very beautiful and well-kept place!
The service as always is excellent as is the cuisine.
Quality raw material and technique lead to a fantastic result!

Cozy place, not very big, well heated.
Excellent food of the highest quality, we took the porchetta cooked in a wood oven as a second course and I think it was the best porchetta I've eaten in my life, truly perfect.
I hope to have the opportunity to return, because we were all very satisfied

01/11/2024: Not adequate for such an amazing hotel and location. The restaurant is right by the pool. Its feels cold, boring, non emotional and old fashioned. The atmosphere was more like french fries and sausage than that of a luxury hôtel restaurant. After our (overpriced) starters we had lasagne and papadelle with game ragout - which both were without taste (for sure without salt and even more overpriced). We had high expectations and were in a good mood but unfortunately this was not a great experience …
