23/12/2024: What can I say…. Simply perfect. You can eat very well in a very elegant and refined environment. Excellent pizza, excellent meat, excellent value for money and excellent service. In Alba you can eat well everywhere, but I can say that here they are particularly good. Congratulations, absolutely recommended.

01/12/2024: I came from Tokyo, but this restaurant is worth visiting even from afar. Not only the dishes with white truffles were excellent, also the Fasona beef T-bone steak and tartare were amazing. The staff were friendly and the service was pleasant.

02/11/2024: Con estremo piacere lascio questa recensione …. Luogo davvero incantevole ma ciò che “sorprende” è la cucina. Ricerca, innovazione,idee e grandissima cura del dettaglio fanno di questo posto l’ élite della cucina. Un grande merito va sicuramente a chef Riccardo, uomo da una immensa capacità creativa e con un grandissimo genio….. il risultato si vede tutto. Una menzione speciale anche per il personale di sala: ti fa sentire a casa, ci ha coccolato nel giusto modo, senza mai essere invadente o precipitoso nel ritirare i piatti rigorosamente vuoti. Posso affermare che stile, idee, concretezza fanno di questo luogo qualcosa di Speciale! Complimenti da Luca e Jessica.

24/10/2024: Formal location, staff providing a professional and courteous service, however we were very disappointed with the dishes served, we went for the New Year's Eve dinner, the service was very hasty in the succession of courses, the quantities were very small and the quality of the dishes I must say that nothing of what was served surprised me in the combination and goodness of the flavors. Everything lacked character, the simplicity of the dishes did not meet my expectations, especially in the flavours, at times there was excessive flavour. We chose a vegetarian menu which we were charged the same as the fixed menu for fish and we were served the same course twice again, how monotonous, what's more, paying 145 euros each to be served the very simple minestrone, with elements served al dente if not almost raw, I was very disappointed, it's a shame I've wanted to try their cuisine for years, evidently the occasion of New Year's Eve devalues ​​the usual courses that are usually served a bit, reading the others positive comments I can only think that this is the reason for our discontent.

20/12/2024: Former pizzeria "The Bridge", with a larger and much nicer room. Excellent prices, friendly and approachable staff, who will make you have a nice evening. The pizzas are always of quality, as in the previous place. Definitely coming back to slowly try the whole menu.

15/01/2025: They didn't make pizza, the mussels weren't fresh at all and were inedible. The pappardelle with lobster was bitter and had very little fish. Very slow service
