11/02/2026: A wonderful experience. Starting with the location itself, which is absolutely breathtaking and offers a view straight out of a movie; the mountains loom over their expansive garden, framing it with the sky. It's an absolutely beautiful place, meticulously maintained, meticulously cared for, and immaculately clean. The staff is helpful, kind, attentive, and friendly, as well as fast. However, what matters most in a restaurant is the food, and here they don't disappoint, offering generous portions and magnificent flavor, all beautifully balanced. It was a shame we were passing through and in a bit of a hurry, because this is a restaurant where you can enjoy a slow, relaxing, and carefree lunch. To be honest, I expected the bill to be at least double what we paid. My heartfelt compliments for everything; when we return to Trentino, we'll definitely stop by again for a more leisurely lunch.
