I'd gladly pay 63 euros if it's worth it but that's not the case....spaghetti with old clams and fried food that crumbled in your hand because it was so cooked! When we pointed this out to the waiter, he told us that the fish arrives fresh every two or three days🤣🤣🤣THE FISH MUST ARRIVE FRESH EVERY DAY!!!! Can I offer you something for the inconvenience??? We are VENETIAN and we know what fresh fish means...we are not Germans!!! Never again in a place like this...I put a star just to publish the review!!!We won't go back even for free!

04/07/2025: I am allergic to nuts: in this restaurant I felt safe and welcomed. As soon as I arrived I immediately informed the waiter of my allergy, I wanted fried fish so I asked if they fried with peanut oil. The waiter immediately asked in the kitchen and the rest of the staff was also very thoughtful. They were very understanding. The food was divine, I ate very good mussels, very tasty. The fried food was very light and the roast potatoes melted in the mouth (I think I will dream about them forever). We spent €50 for two considering: sautéed mussels, fried calamari, potatoes and water.

The pizza is particularly noteworthy: The dough is made with a biga starter and given plenty of time to mature – the result is a wonderfully aromatic, wholesome, and perfectly baked pizza with a unique texture. The pasta dishes and other dishes also taste authentic and are prepared with love. Here, the cooking isn't just done; it's done with passion. 11/07/2025: Great restaurant for families with children. The food is very good. We've been there several times during our vacations and tried everything from salads, pizza, pasta, fish, and dessert, and every dish was very good. The service can be a bit hectic at times, and due to its size, it's not particularly cozy. During peak season, you should always make a reservation.

07/07/2025: Fantastic kiosk at Cavallino directly on the beach with a romantic and very relaxing atmosphere both for lunch and dinner, very kind, courteous and smiling staff, especially Pamela, really kind, fast, friendly, smiling and very very, very prepared, truly our compliments, there is also the possibility of booking a beach umbrella and sunbed in their lido with large and comfortable sunbeds, truly a place to be 10 out of 10

09/07/2025: We had the pleasure of dining at Trattoria da Gino and the experience was excellent in every way. While waiting for the main courses, we ordered a pizza cut into slices, which we greatly appreciated. We continued with two fish appetizers, fresh and carefully presented, followed by a first course of fish rich in flavor and two sea bass cooked with great skill. To conclude the meal, two homemade peach cheesecakes, delicate and perfectly balanced in flavor. The service was impeccable: professional, courteous and always attentive to the needs of the customer. An authentic and quality reality, which we highly recommend. We will be happy to return.

30/06/2025: We've known O' Sole Mio for many years now, formerly known as "Restaurante Fuin." The food is delicious. The restaurant has truly become more upscale every year. The prices are the same. Tables are assigned according to local customs. Unfortunately, with two people, you only ever get a table along the wall, below the speakers blaring rock music. It's a bit annoying that after you've finished your order, you're always asked if you'd like a salad or bruschetta. No, otherwise I would have ordered. Of course, the idea is to generate revenue. Here, too, you're always asked if you have a reservation. For two people? The restaurant has never been and is never fully booked. Reservations certainly make sense for groups.

19/06/2025: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A wonderful culinary experience right by the sea! We ate at Ristorante Al Mare several times during our vacation at Union Lido – and were thrilled every time. The location is unbeatable: right on the beach promenade with a stunning view of the sea, especially at sunset. The food was excellent – ​​fresh pasta, delicious fish dishes, and a pizza just like you'd expect in Italy. We especially recommend the seafood platter and the homemade tiramisu. The service was friendly, attentive, and always professional, even when it was busy. The prices are absolutely reasonable for the quality and location. We'll definitely be back – a must for anyone vacationing at Union Lido!

I think that the average German customer on holiday without many pretensions goes to eat there but certainly if you are local it is not worth the stop we had already been in the past I wanted to give it another chance, but my memory was right 😅
