26/07/2025: The place is a bit dated, the prices are low, and the food quality is as low as the price you pay. When you ask to be seated, they tell you the best tables are booked even though they have nothing on display, and as the place fills up, they give it to newcomers. We found a hair on the pizza, and I don't think we'll be back.

04/07/2025: Hospitality + location super, I add a bravo to the chief for excellent dishes. Cost of €45 per person on weekdays well spent. Result a nice lunch in company.

27/06/2025: The only place (would be) where you can rest a bit during the tour, but even though they are open in theory, they drive you away. The kitchen only opens at noon, they don't have a license to operate as a bar, so they don't even give you a glass of water. We were sent there pregnant with a small child, and they said they could only give you bottled water to take away. I don't understand, then why do they pretend to be open? Why is there no information posted at the entrance? We didn't have the opportunity to taste the food... Since I can't answer, I'll update my review. No, I didn't write a review about another cason, but about your restaurant. As the picture shows, we went to yours. They should apologize for behaving this way with their guests.

25/08/2025: Accommodation is simple but clean, close to the sea. Walking through sand dunes with fragrant conifers. Excellent food, everyone will definitely find something. Lots of vegetables, fruit, meat, great pizza prepared fresh on site. Desserts always 2 types + ice cream. Excellent. Beach without smokers, clean, here and there seaweed, but they don't bother moving at all, sometimes you just have to walk a few meters and the sea is free of them. The water is clean. If you are expecting Turkey or a busy resort, don't travel here, but if you want to relax, eat well, breathe in the sea air and swim to your heart's content, it is a really great place. We would return to the place without hesitation. There is no drinking water in the rooms, which some of the vacationers complained about, but we knew exactly everything that falls under all inclusive from the travel agency. Water can be bought in a minimarket, right next to the accommodation, cheaper than anywhere else in our country. 2 l for 1 €. On the other hand, there was still plenty of water in the dining room and bar. And a big plus, we met great people. Thank you to the lady from the travel agency in Mlyný (NR) for recommending this place to us and informing us about everything, nothing surprised us.

24/08/2025: We spent 10 days in August at this property, surrounded by nature just steps from the sea. The main building and apartments are scattered throughout a quiet village. The bar services are excellent, both on the beach and in the square, where entertainment is provided in the evenings with shows for children and adults. The housekeeping service was also excellent, as was the restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with assigned tables, ensuring no chaos, despite the large number of guests. The buffet, including desserts, was generous. Perfect organization from the manager to all the staff. 10 days of total relaxation.

09/08/2025: We received very kind, patient and helpful service, although the food is not cheap but of high quality! In addition, we received excellent recommendations for the choice from the waiters. Our language skills regarding cuisine and seafood are not very detailed, but the waiter did his best to understand us and took the time to let the children choose.

05/08/2025: The staff were very rude and unsuitable for their job, and the raw materials were cheap for the prices. It's a shame, because Caorle is a gem in the Veneto region.

11/08/2025: Siamo stati a cene nella serata della paella. Purtroppo abbiamo mangiato male. Il riso sembrava cotto 2 volte ed il pesce purtroppo non sembrava fresco e non era cucinato bene. Gli scampi ed i gamberi non si sgusciavano e le cozze erano dure. Peccato, puo' capitare,ma vedersi arrivare poi un conto di 103 € per 3 paelle,mezzo litro di acqua,una birra piccola ed uno spritz mi sembra esagerato. Il servizio sufficiente pur non essendoci praticamente nessun altro, volevamo il dessert,ma siamo andati via perche' stanchi di aspettare che ritornasse qualcuno al tavolo.

29/06/2025: During our recent stay in Porto Santa Margherita, my mom and I discovered what we believe to be the only restaurant in the area where you can eat really well: Riva Restaurant. We stopped for breakfast almost every morning and were thrilled. The cappuccino was always excellent, creamy and well made, while the vegan brioches were simply out of this world: light, fragrant and full of flavor. A perfect start to the day. On Friday we decided to return for lunch, and the experience was truly up to expectations, if not better. For the entrée, I chose seared octopus served with cream of peppers and caper flowers: a balanced and delicious dish, where each flavor was elegantly enhanced. For the second course, we both opted for the tuna tataki, and what can I say… IT IS EXCEPTIONAL. The tuna was of excellent quality, cooked to perfection, and accompanied by caramelized onions that were a real fairy tale, capable of enhancing every bite. A special applause goes to Luca, who looked after us with great care, advising us on both courses and making me and my mother feel truly pampered throughout the lunch. His kindness and attention made the experience even more pleasant. A heartfelt thanks to all the staff, professional, smiling and passionate, who contribute to making Riva Restaurant a place where you gladly return, and that we feel we can recommend with enthusiasm!

28/06/2025: They say that we will have to wait a bit for the first courses and that they will bring us a small appetizer to share. Anyway, there were a lot of shrimps but as a small appetizer it was fine. Except when the price of 19 euros arrived on the bill He paid more for that appetizer of 5 shrimps than for the first courses which we appreciated anyway

17/08/2025: Compared to a few years ago, the quality of the food and service has deteriorated dramatically! It took over half an hour for a drink order to be taken. The waiters were rushing around with plates and couldn't find tables; when the right table was found, the food was cold. But the white wine was warm. My pasta had sand and small pieces of mussel shell in it. Furthermore, the music on the speakers was so loud that I couldn't hear a word I was saying. The current owner has probably changed, and unfortunately it shows. On a scale of 0 to 10, I'd give it a minus of 5. Not recommended!

16/08/2025: A great location. The second antipasto in saor was delicious and plentiful, and arrived in a reasonable amount of time. We had to ask for the mixed fried fish after almost an hour, and we waited another 15-20 minutes. It's a shame about the disorganization and lack of professionalism of the staff. The dining room organization needs a complete overhaul. Waiters wander around looking for tables, bringing the wrong dishes, and giving unpleasant answers. I don't recommend it.

05/09/2025: Excellent breakfast! The croissants are truly delicious, fresh from the bakery and not frozen, a rare find in Caorle and absolutely on par with the best pastry shops. I've been frequenting this kiosk since I was little, and it's always a guaranteed success. The staff is kind and welcoming, and if you have a dog, they'll be pampered with biscuits and lots of love. Prices are fair and in line with those in Caorle. Highly recommended!

04/08/2025: Staff lacking charm, food truly disgusting! No parking for check-in. Room halfway decent, but 4-star???? Summary - once, never again! Appendix - After my little room and I got to know each other a bit, I have several advantages to report - the fan in the bathroom whines and squeaks, almost to its end, the light above the mirror has already died. The shutter on the balcony is stuck, but this is no disadvantage for people under 1.60 m. There's no danger of falling over on the almost 2 sq m balcony. It also offers a chance to hear the local life (garbage collection, early morning street cleaning, and traffic). Another charming quirk - even though the reception is open 24 hours, you rarely see anyone there.

31/07/2025: Unfortunately, it's not a 4-star hotel. Breakfast and dinner were simply disgusting, not to mention the quality of the food. I have no idea why the hotel has such good reviews.

12/07/2025: We arrived expecting creamy krapfen, but we were quite surprised: the krapfen are indeed very creamy, the filling is plentiful, but the cream isn't custard, but Chantilly cream, much creamier, and the pastry isn't generous and soft, but rather a thin outer shell that holds the filling. It's a subtlety, the place is cute, and the other products also seem excellent, especially the pizza slices we tried, the staff are friendly, and the environment is clean.

08/06/2025: We are sitting with friends, the waiter took our order. He served my friends, but not me. After several reminders about where my dish is, the waiter is just starting to pass the order on to the kitchen. Thank you, but I don't like sitting and eating last when all my friends have already eaten. It's a pity that none of the staff speaks English.
