19/09/2025: We're not sure if it's the chef's incompetence or the ingredients aren't fresh. Simple dishes take a long time. We won't be back. The atmosphere is so-so. We were put off by the fact that it's on Porto Santa Margherita's main street.

07/09/2025: Pizza/pasta/meat dishes are good. I wouldn't recommend the burgers. The staff is friendly and the food is quick.

25/09/2025: We have been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience.

20/09/2025: Food without seasoning, salt, pepper, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar was not offered. The size of the dishes could have easily been served as an appetizer. Three waiters milled around, but no one asked if everything was okay or if we needed anything else. It was very expensive by far, and we expected better.

25/08/2025: We enter the bar and order takeaway toast, and in the meantime, my 9-year-old son goes to the bathroom. I hear him screaming, I run, and he's stuck in the bathroom door. I ask the owner for help, and he manages to force the door open. He immediately tells me the door is broken, and I'll charge the child for it. He asked for €50 for ID. He'll call back in the late afternoon to let us know the actual cost. €35 without an invoice, without a receipt. Note that the door could already be defective; a 9-year-old doesn't have the strength of an adult. In that case, I called the local police. The law says that if a property is broken, the insured owner is responsible for fixing it. If anyone has experienced something similar with the bathroom door, I'd like to know, because what's right is right. For the rest, I hope these "GENTLEMEN" do their job well and don't STEAL from people like that. It's fantastic, they wanted to be right at all costs. As they say, the wheel turns. I hope so. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

25/08/2025: One of the few places where the owner (his son) would come out to ask guests if everything was okay. I really appreciated this gesture. We had delicious gelato and beautifully presented sundaes. We'll definitely be back to try the very inviting sandwiches.

08/03/2026: We waited an hour for pasta that was too salty, other customers had the same problem. We definitely won't be back.

24/01/2026: I've known this place for over 20 years. The food is always good, and the staff are very kind and friendly. Unfortunately, they've changed management and aren't up to par, and the prices are high. The old owners have moved to the center of Porto Santa Margherita.

31/10/2025: Excellent beer house located in the center of Caorle, friendly and helpful staff, excellent snack bars, delicious sandwiches and toasts, various quality beers, excellent, good wine list 🍷🍷🥂, aperitifs and cicchetti 👍, highly recommended

25/07/2025: One of my favorite cafes in Milan. The coffee is always excellent, the piadinas are light and tasty, and the atmosphere is perfect for a quick break or a relaxing moment. But the real highlight is the staff: friendly, cheerful, and incredibly helpful. They make you feel right at home. It's rare to find such attentive service in the city. I always love coming back!

08/10/2025: The atmosphere is a bit anonymous. Breakfast isn't much of a highlight during the summer months. If they organized aperitifs or added a bit of liveliness, it would be a huge success. Unfortunately, it's a bit "dead."

07/09/2025: A restaurant with great potential, but it's run very poorly. The menu is truly basic, the staff is disorganized and wanders around looking for a table, dishes get lost, the manager loudly scolds the waiters, and the prices are high and definitely not justified for the quality/quantity. Highly not recommended, a shame because the location is fantastic. We'll probably return when the management changes.

13/09/2025: Very cheap food and drinks, and very cozy! Unfortunately, the staff are rather unmotivated and take a while to take your order, even when it's not busy.

05/09/2025: Excellent breakfast! The croissants are truly delicious, fresh from the bakery and not frozen, a rare find in Caorle and absolutely on par with the best pastry shops. I've been frequenting this kiosk since I was little, and it's always a guaranteed success. The staff is kind and welcoming, and if you have a dog, they'll be pampered with biscuits and lots of love. Prices are fair and in line with those in Caorle. Highly recommended!

06/11/2025: The worst vacation of my life. The hotel was a disaster. The rooms are very simple, they need renovation. The water doesn't run every now and then. It's a 2* at most. The staff - I can't even describe it, whether in the dining room or in the "bar" as they call it. You have to ask for every meal and drink. The service at the bar is extremely unpleasant. The sea and beach are quite cool, the beach is huge, everyone finds their own place. The sea is ordinary, nothing special. You can't get anywhere without a car. I can't find anything positive, even if I wanted to. Travel agencies should refund at least half of the amount and apologize for the mistake.

06/10/2025: The hotel is in a quiet location with beautiful, well-maintained grounds and a beautiful, wide beach. The only thing I didn't like about this hotel was the bar staff. They acted as if they were owed everything and as if they owned the place. We ordered cocktails at the beach bar, and someone threw a drink on our table. Naturally, it spilled and stained our table. The guys working there are very unpleasant.

07/10/2025: We returned after a year and found the same friendly and smiling staff. On this short stay, we also brought our new four-legged friend. The room we booked, with a sea view, was comfortable, spacious, and functional. The bathroom was large and the shower was very spacious. The breakfast was well-stocked with sweet and savory options. Despite it being the last day of the seasonal opening, the level of service was excellent.

08/02/2026: Dinner for two on a Saturday evening in February, so no seating issues or crowding outside. One raw appetizer, one hot appetizer. A 600g soaso (cooked in the oven) with potatoes, split between two. Two glasses of still white wine, an apple tart for dessert, two crostoli (typical pastries), and one fritter, and a coffee. We spent €189.00. What really upset me was the price of the main course, €75.00. I think it's disproportionate to the value of the fish. We were very disappointed.

05/02/2026: Fast service, excellent dinner, special cream-filled biscuits. I recommend it to anyone visiting Carole's beautiful town.

09/03/2026: I ordered a polenta cake, asking for a small change, and it was granted immediately! The women at the counter were incredibly kind and friendly. So, since the locals already know the quality of this bakery/pastry shop, I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Caorle. Excellent and honest. 😉

06/10/2025: Unfriendly staff. Absolute disregard for new guests. Even though only 2 tables were occupied, none of the 5-6 waiters who walked past our table even noticed us for 20 minutes. And then hostile communication like "why are you bothering us", so we changed restaurants, where the staff greeted us at the door, seated us and in 20 minutes we were all eating. And we had good experiences in other restaurants nearby. If you want to eat well without nervousness, avoid this one.

02/09/2025: In my opinion, the best restaurant in Altanea. A very nice restaurant. The food is very good. The music is very pleasantly loud. Unfortunately, it hasn't been the same at other restaurants here. The prices are very reasonable. The menus are also brought to the table at the same time. The three ladies serving are calm and have everything under control. We'll be happy to come back 👍
