23/12/2024: The place is nice, well prepared, but the grill was cold and dry. The chicken seemed to have been cooked 2 days before, ditto x the cut seemed to have been taken out of the blast chiller and clearly not cooked on the grill. It's a shame because I had some very dear friends and I wanted to make a good impression. The waitress was very kind and the rum was excellent.

I am writing this review for the simple fact that I was unable to speak to the owner, and I hope he has the opportunity to read it, given that I know the place very well, and my partner has been going there since she was 14. Nando, if you read it you know very well who is writing it. Starting from the assumption that lately due to economic reasons we don't go out very often, consequently where we go there is (at least we expect) a certain degree of satisfaction with the places we frequent, consequently knowing that you are a guarantee we came without doubts or perplexities . However, without dragging it out too much, we order 3 pizzas, 2 tasty ones and 1 gorgonzola and walnuts with added ham, and so far everything is ok. We noticed that there was a new waitress, I presume she was a trainee or intern I don't know, the fact is that when the pizzas arrived the flaked parmesan was missing on the tasty one and on another my partner pointed out to the waitress (not to the intern but who has been there for a long time) that usually from customer experience the walnuts instead of being placed with a bit of "grace" have been thrown on top of all the condiments as they say in Venetian (trar poenta al can). The waitress's response was that it has always been done this way, then it depends on the pizza chef's pleasure. Ok it's up to the pizza chef's taste but as a customer you have to cook the way I like it, not the pizza chef's imagination, then my partner pointed out something to me... How long? I've been coming to eat here for 20 years and I've never seen it in this condition, do they take me for an idiot? Alright. We eat the pizza all of a sudden another waitress starts screaming saying: who is here who vomited on the counter behind? For a moment I got the lump that made me spit out the pizza, and that's fine, let's let it go anyway. Once the pizza was finished, I ate it all while my partner and her son only ate half. We ask the "supposed" new waitress for the desserts, she lists them and we choose 2 sacher and a pear and chocolate cake with coffee to serve together. Let's wait, 5/10 minutes will only the coffee and desserts arrive together? We wait another 40 minutes and nothing arrives, impatiently we get up and go to pay. I politely told the cashier (who was the same one who told us about the pizza maker) not to charge me for the desserts as they hadn't arrived, she looked at me and said the exact words: The desserts weren't marked though, I I replied, 3 were ordered, two sachers and one pear and chocolate. problem.... but she wasn't called to the surprise of other customers who were observing the scene. The fact is that the waitress/cashier apologized by not making me pay for the coffee, but honestly, we didn't like the discount and the way we were treated after years, I'm just saying that I would have liked to have been able to speak to Nando's. A day can happen that goes wrong but I would also like to point out one thing... You are in a public place where people go there to eat, you start to hear children screaming, another baby of a few months I presume vomiting behind the counter , a waitress who seems to be in another world instead of being focused on what she does... (6 rounds of tables counted to understand that she had to take the dishes, when we had already prepared them and ready to be taken away) I'm sorry review this experience because in after all the food is good and the price is excellent for goodness sake, but my partner's response was: If they continue to go at this rate this place will close sooner or later also because it is usually always packed, it's 8.00 pm and that's all empty...
