12/04/2026: A lovely venue in the center of Colle Umberto, offering both outdoor seating, both street-facing and in a courtyard setting.
The venue is very welcoming inside, with beautiful classic-style furnishings.
The wine list and the food to pair it with are excellent.
Excellent service.

09/06/2026: I've been spending my lunch breaks at the Dream Bar for a year.
The cuisine is truly impeccable!
Simple yet sophisticated, the menu is always varied and healthy.
Special mention goes to the homemade desserts, which are every bit as delicious as a pastry shop!
And the staff... extremely kind, helpful, highly knowledgeable, and above all, always smiling.
