21/02/2026: Three friends and I had lunch here, hoping for a culinary experience to match.
Unfortunately, the reheated, burnt potatoes that looked like they were made yesterday immediately disappointed us. The meat wasn't bad, but we expected more from a restaurant that prides itself on having a meat carrier. The price? A bit high for what we received.
The service? Not bad, but not exceptional. The shot of rum and five pieces of dark chocolate as a digestif? A nice touch, but not enough to save the meal. We'll never go back.
09/02/2026: Honestly, I wouldn't go back.
We chose to try this place for the good meat selection. Our expectations were quite high, given that the appetizers proved to be excellent (although I didn't appreciate the apple sauce that accompanied the tartare...in my opinion, it didn't go well at all). We ordered Selezione Retró, a rib-eye steak weighing over 1kg, but unfortunately it was completely burned. Typical American-style cooking...too bad it's carcinogenic and doesn't enhance the flavor of the meat! My husband cut off the entire top while I forced myself to eat it; the inside was still cold. We mentioned this to the lady serving the tables, who apologized, claiming it was the chef's mistake. It's just a shame that, looking at the photos, I saw several burned pieces of meat! If I had noticed earlier, I wouldn't have given away €149.50 for:
2 covers; 1 tartare sample; 1 carpaccio sample; 1.3 kg of rib-eye steak; 1 baked potato; 1 baked radicchio; 1 tiramisu, 1 water, and 2 glasses of Barbaresco at €7 each (very poor).
The guy at the cashier, or owner (I don't know), then pretended absolutely nothing had happened, even though he'd been informed... terrible attitude.
STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED for those who know how to eat well.

20/03/2026: Friendly and helpful staff, simple yet refined dishes. Worth the money, especially considering the moeche (soft shells), which are worth their weight in gold these days. Five stars, but it deserves ten. Highly recommended!!!!!!

06/04/2026: I was very disappointed with my experience at this bar. For no real reason, the owner began accusing a friend of leaving a negative review years ago, which was completely untrue. Despite our attempts to calmly clarify the situation, he continued to attack her insistently and disrespectfully, eventually kicking us out.
Beyond the incident itself, what's shocking is the manner: aggressive tone, hostile attitude, and total lack of professionalism toward customers who had done nothing wrong. Such behavior is unacceptable, especially in a business open to the public.
I strongly recommend greater respect and attention toward customers. Unfortunately, for me, it was a negative experience from every perspective.

17/06/2025: Ci "vivo" da un po', perché sto lavorando a Venezia.Ristorante/Pizzeria di +che buon livello con piatti classici/tradizionali ben preparati e con ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Servizio celere e cordiale, con cameriere attente e pazientemente disponibili. Ottimo prosecco (d'altronde siamo nella sua zona) e Alberto perfetto padrone di casa. Comunque posto migliore di altri che ho "conosciuto". Consiglio di andarci anche solo per un pranzo o una cena... preferibilmente in compagnia.

We're discarding this one without a second chance!
The welcome has been zero so far, and neither has the gentleman...
If someone wants to eat the food and a snack (like toast), they can't because those eating toast should be at the counter :)) It's hilarious.
Let's leave aside the rest of the service because bringing two turkey burgers plated like a dog is really sad...
LEARN TO WORK, OTHERWISE YOU'LL ONLY MAKE BREAKFASTS AND SANDWICHES, WHICH ARE SURELY BETTER FOR YOU!
